FORMAT 18 Hole Stroke play qualifier on Monday in two age classes for boys 16-18 and
15 and under, and a girls division. Match play begins on Tuesday with 16 players in the GHIN #_ _______________________________________________________________
Championship bracket for boys 16-18. All other flights will be 8 players or less seeded by score
from qualifying round. Matches continue on Wednesday and the final matches are on Thursday.

The Columbus District Golf Association will send $5 per player from DEADLINE: July 9, 2010, 4 p.m.
each 2010 entry fee to the Capital Campaign for the new Evans No Tee entries. No fax, phone or email entries.
Scholar House at the Ohio State University. The new house, located Entry fee includes free buffet lunch each day of the event.

Earl “Bones” Hamilton. $5 per player of the entry fee qualifies as a
charitable donation for federal income tax purposes.

Columbus District Golf Association
Evans Scholars Foundation administers the nation’s largest privately 1570 West First Avenue
funded college scholarship program. Since 1930, over 8,500
deserving young caddies have earned their college degrees through Columbus, OH 43212
Evans Scholarships. Today, more than 820 caddies attend college
each year as Evans Scholars. The Evans Scholarship was founded by
golf great Charles “Chick” Evans Jr. (1890-1979).
