PROCEDURE OF PRODUCTS DELIVERY FOR LITHUANIAN CUSTOMERS (B2C)

Goods ordered before 17:30 and marked [Regular delivery] or [Express delivery] will be delivered the next day until
18:00 (excl. 10 County Centers: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė,
Telšiai, Utena – delivery till 22:00). Delivery costs are calculated using “Next working day Delivery: Kaunas /
Lithuania” columns.
Goods ordered before 10:00 and marked [Express delivery] will be delivered to Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys on
the same day until 22:00. Delivery costs are calculated using “Same day Delivery: Lithuania” column.
Goods ordered before 10:30 and marked [Express delivery] will be delivered to Vilnius and Kaunas on the same
day until 22:00. Delivery costs are calculated using “Same day Delivery: Lithuania” column.
Goods ordered before 17:30 Friday and marked [Saturday delivery] will be delivered on Saturday. Delivery costs
are calculated using “Saturday Delivery: Kaunas/Lithuania” columns. Delivery is available only in County Centers:
Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai and Utena.
Goods marked with [Do not send now, keep reservation up to 3 days] will be reserved for 3 working days, if it
wasn’t agreed otherwise with manager. After 3 working days reservation will be canceled. If You want the goods to
be shipped, please change the type of delivery in the delivery system or contact Your manager.

DPD CLASSIC B2C presentation and parcels delivery terms in Lithuania

I zone - 10 County Centers: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai,
Utena – available three delivery time intervals ( with „Next working day Delivery“ service):
1) 8-14 val., 2) 14-18 val., 3) 18-22 val.
- Preferring to receive the parcel in one of the above mentioned time intervals, enter a range of interval into
comments field. Comments field can be found by selecting the type of delivery.
- In case choosing delivery type „Same day Delivery“ do not enter Interval range in comments field. Parcel
will be delivered on the same day till till 10:00pm (delivery service available in cities – Vilnius, Kaunas,
Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys)

II zone - District Centers: Anykščiai, Birštonas, Biržai, Druskininkai, Elektrėnai, Gargždai, Ignalina, Jonava,
Joniškis, Jurbarkas, Kaišiadorys, Kelmė, Kėdainiai, Kretinga, Kupiškis, Lazdijai, Mažeikiai, Molėtai, Naujoji
Akmenė, Pakruojis, Palanga, Pasvalys, Plungė, Prienai, Radviliškis, Raseiniai, Rokiškis, Skuodas, Šakiai,
Šalčininkai, Šilalė, Šilutė, Širvintos, Švenčionys, Trakai, Ukmergė, Varėna, Vilkaviškis, Visaginas, Zarasai.
8-18 val. (no option of other delivery term interval)

III zone – all remaining places in Lithuania

INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS ABOUT CONSIGNEE

To carry out B2C service properly it is necessary to provide all below mentioned information about Consignee:

- First and Last name of the Consignee;


- Full and complete delivery address (including postal code)
- Cell phone no.
- Selected parcel delivery time interval (when it is available for choose)
- Circumstances complicating the delivery of parcel as – dog, codded doors, security and etc. (the
relevant information helpfull for courier to complete delivery can be entered into Comments field after
delivery time interval, eg.: [18-22 val., door code - xxx])

In case if information about Consignee was not provided correctly UAB „ACME Kompiuterių Komponentai“
do not accept any responsibility in case if delivery of parcel is being delayed or/and in case of parcel lost

If You prefer to receive parcels during the working hours, we highly reccomend You to choose the delivery to Your
office address. In this case, filling in details about the consignee after entering the consignee's first and last names
please enter in the brackets company name where consignee works. Eg.: Name Surname (UAB "xxxxxx"), and
indicate all other information as described above.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT MEMO


This memo is intended for employees who are responsible for accepting parcels delivered by the DPD from courier.
Employees should note the following key points:

1. COUNT BOXES
Number of delivered packages (boxes) must match one shown on the on the screen of DPD courier’s portable
scanner (see fig. below). If number of delivered of packages (boxes) does not match one showed on the scanner,
then it is necessary to correct the number of boxes.

2. CHECK LABELS
There must be your address on the DPD packages’ (boxes’) label, and the number of boxes must match the
number of packages shown on the scanner. If the number of delivered packages (boxes) differ from the number of
boxes shown on the scanner - then it is necessary to check the number of boxes.

3. CHECK RECEIVED BOXES


Delivered packages (boxes) must be in good shape, i.e. not damaged, not crushed and so on. If delivered package
is not in good shape, do not accept package from the courier until the “Note/deed of package damage” is
completed and signed by the courier stating details of damage! If it is difficult to check technical condition of goods,
please state in the note/deed that the technical condition of the goods will be checked later.

If directions presented in memo are failed to observe, UAB “ACME Kompiuterių Komponentai” is not
responsible for shortages or damage of the delivered goods.

Information about the wrongly delivered packages (boxes), if they were delivered by DPD must be submitted to
kas@dpd.lt and/or logistika@acme.lt by email or by phone +370 5 2106777.
The information must include DPD package number.

PARCEL HANDLING PRICES


If upon delivery of the parcel unloading works were carried out a courier marks it on the scanner by "Loading works
carried out" (see fig. below). Loading works are confirmed by the recipient's signature next to list of accepted
parcels. At a beginning of each month courier forms report of carried out loading operations for last month and
charges the sender. If signature of consignee confirming LW (Loading works) is found in DPD system the cost of
works will be transferred to consignees invoice.

Loading works charged for:


- Carrying parcel over 31.5 kg (0.13 m3).
- When the sender/recipient carries less than half packages of shipment.

Loading works not charged for:


- Unloading/loading and carrying parcels up to 31.5 kg (0.13 m3).
- Unloading/loading to/from the vehicle, when courier does not carry packages.
- When the sender/recipient carries more than half packages of shipment.
Remarks:
- Carry - transfer packages from/to the specified loading location.
- Unloading - unloading packages from the vehicle next to it.
- Loading - loading packages to vehicle when they are next to it.

The recipient will see such information about services on the screen of the scanner:
