CMS Cepcor premium manganese steel and alloy crusher liners are independently proven in mining
and aggregate production to achieve and often exceed the performance of the equivalent original
equipment manufacturers castings.
The metallurgy for our manganese castings has been developed in conjunction with our foundry partner,
who is renowned as the world's leading manufacturer of crusher liners. Developed from the original
Hadfield manganese steel specification, our variation can provide unequalled toughness with excellent
resistance to abrasion, which improves as the steel work hardens in operation. Available in M14, M18
and M21 manganese steel we have a cost effective solution to your specific requirements.
CMS Cepcor also supplies premium crusher wear parts in specialist alloys including alloy steel,
martensitic steel and chrome iron.

CMS Cepcor quality engineers complete
dimensional inspections using co-ordinate
measuring technology and precision laser cut
gauges to ensure correct fit of our crusher liners.
Each wear part casting has a cast manufacturing
serial number and is fully traceable; further
spectrometer material testing is completed in the
UK by our quality engineers.

Custom liners
The CMS Cepcor crusher liner pattern range is
vast: we have developed a huge inventory of
patterns to suit popular OEM designs.
We also work in partnership with aggregate and
mining primary gyratory crusher operators to
custom design and enhance mantle and concave
liner profiles for site specific applications.
Our custom liner profiles can offer considerable
wear life and throughput improvements over
standard designs resulting in lower processing
costs and fewer change outs.

Korrobond crusher backing

CMS Cepcor is an authorised UK & export
distributor for Korrobond crusher backing
products. We hold an extensive stock inventory
in the United Kingdom.

Korrobond Release Agent is applied to

crusher liners prior to using Korrobond crusher
backing products. It also facilitates the easy
removal of the crusher liners at the end of
their working life.

Korrobond 65 crusher backing is the leading

brand of epoxy based backing compound for
cone and gyratory crushers. Korrobond 65 is
specified by leading OEMs and distributed in
the aftermarket by CMS Cepcor.
Korrobond 90 crusher backing is a
polyurethane based crusher backing
product specially formulated to produce a
tough flexible backing of low viscosity to
ensure free flow into the smallest cavities
and contours of manganese steel.

Crusher rebuilds are completed considering original factory tolerances by our own factory trained
crusher technicians.
We have unrivalled expertise in the design, manufacture and maintenance of crushing plant ensuring we
are the preferred choice for crusher repairs and service: we specifically avoid non-standard repairs to
ensure future spare parts compatibility.
Our quality engineers inspect and record all aspects of critical technical data involved in the crusher
repair.

repair facility is equipped with dedicated
tooling, co-ordinate measuring technology,
heat treatment oven, material testing,
overhead craneage and extensive
machining capabilities.
Full written reports are issued to the
