where people come and go and to provide quality snacks and refreshments
to employees, students and commoners.

Project Description:
I Scream is a shop that sells ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and frozen
yogurt to consumers. Ice cream is typically sold as regular ice cream (also
called hard-packed ice cream), gelato, and soft, which is usually dispensed
by a machine with a limited number of flavours (e.g., chocolate, vanilla, and
"twist", a mix of the two). It is customary for ice cream shop to offer several
flavours and items in industry to provide customers a convenient in a
timeand efficient way. I Scream provide its customers the ability to drive up
and order their choice of a custom- ice cream.
I Scream is an outdoor one stop shop with lots of goodies and
different flavours of ice cream that suited to everybody.
The budget needed for this project is PHP 500, 00.00. This will be used
in the procurement of shop, facilities and equipment. Additional budget of
PHP 440,000.00 for the rental, maintenance and salaries expenses is needed
in making the total budget of PHP 505, 500.00
The products will come from local suppliers and distributors. Pastries
and cakes will come from a partner bakeshop.
Implementing Strategy:
The snack house will cater everybody at 8:00 in the morning to 8:00 in
the evening from Mondays to Sundays.
