9.00am start.

Entries $25.00, $20.00 for 2nd and subsequent horses

Canteen will be available.

 Conditions of Entry
1. Recycled ribbons awarded to 4th place.
2. COLTS and STALLIONS NOT PERMITTED
3. DRESS neat and tidy
4. EFA or Equivalent SAFETY HELMETS AND FOOTWEAR must be worn at all
times whilst riding on the grounds.
5. A waiver must be signed before you ride / compete. PCAT and EFA
members excepted.
6. Organisers will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to horse,
rider, spectator or equipment.
7. The judge’s decision is final. No disputes will be entered into.
8. The organising committee reserves the right to disqualify any competitor
displaying un-sportsman like behaviour.

1. Horse sports are a dangerous recreational activity and horses can act in a sudden and
unpredictable (changeable) way, especially if frightened or hurt.
2. There is a significant risk that serious INJURY or DEATH may result from horse sport activities.
3. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and I voluntarily
PARTICIPATE at my OWN RISK and assume sole responsibility for any injury, death or
property damage I may suffer that arises from my participation in horse sport activities.
4. I agree not to drink alcohol or take drugs prohibited by law before or during any horse sports
activities.
5. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and that any misconduct or
refusal by me to follow any direction of any organiser or official can result in the
CANCELLATION of my participation in the activities and my immediate removal from my horse
NO MATTER where that may occur.
6. I understand that any such non-compliance may result in injury, death and/or permanent
disability as a result of my failure to comply.
7. I agree to wear a helmet at all times whilst riding and agree that I am solely responsible for
ensuring that whilst riding I will wear suitable riding boots, attire and a safety approved helmet.
8. The organising committee and any other persons involved in this event take no responsibility for
Loss, Damage, Injury or Death to Horse, Riders, Spectators, Vehicles, Horse Floats or any
other belongings.
