Work Experience
Greet new visitors from the mainland and from other countries to our Aloha State. Assist our new arrivals
to the baggage claim and assist them in anything they need assistants in. Assist our new arrivals to there
transportation and assist them where there want or need to go. I also provide our new arrivals with our
aloha spirit.
Preparing cash register. Showing customer’s where to park and also walk.
Provide customer’s service to Verizon’s customer by diagnosing and troubleshooting broken cell
phones.Handled opening up the store and preparing cash register for the opening of the day. Also closing
up the store and assisting the manager accounting for the cash & balancing the cash register. I made
sure that we had inventory of the cell phone in the store so our customer’s needs are met.
Booked and scheduled horse tours. Booked the appropriate numbers of guests per tour. Ensure that
each guest rider were matched up with the appropriate horse due to the personally of the different horse.
Assist our customers dismount off the horses after there ride. After the tours; I setup refreshments for our
customers after there tour. Prepared the horses to go back into the stables after there tours with our
customers. Prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for the horses. I also prepared bath for the horses to
prep them for the next tour for our customers. Prepare and took our customers on tour guides on the
ranch; I would provide our customers the wonder experience that our ranch and Kauai has to offer. I
would tell our customers the history of the island and the legends of the surrounding area; while I made
sure our customers were happy and safe. Kept up with all of the medical records of the horses; I
monitored our horses health to ensured the safety of the horses and our customer that come to the
ranch.
Cleaned and serviced rental vehicles for our customers. I ensured that our vehicles properly and to meet
our quality criteria for our safety of our customers. Provide transportation our customer’s to and from the
rental center as provided for our customer’s. Maintain the service area and kept the area clean.

Greet and Serve guests, following guideline for “Aggressive Hospitality” and all details of our policies and
procedures regarding the service of Food and Beverage. Set tables in assigned area (or check to see that
they have been set) correctly and uniformly, clean, pressed linen (without rips, stains or tears), clean
unspotted silverware, clean china with no clips or cracks and clean unspotted glassware. Properly clean
and fill table’s condiments (salt and pepper, sugar, breadbaskets, etc.). Make sure our customers were
well taken care of and had everything they wanted that I could provide for them.
Volunteer
Provided assistants to long term care patients by spending time with them. Assisting patients when it was
feeding time. Assisting the hospital staff by up keeping the hospital. Clerical duties in the hospital
administrative office. Typing, filing and general office duties. Assist the kitchen staff in the hospital
cafeteria by preparing dishes and other kitchen duties that were assigned to me.
