Interview sessions
All the candidates for interviews had to write an effective job application letter
along with a resume showing the aptitude for respective jobs and they had to sell
their skills and knowledge through their job application letter, resume and
persuasive communication skills that they are the only right candidates for the job.
Departmental heads had to draft appointment letters and effective job description
sheets and they had to give that envelop to the candidates at the end of interview
session.
3.2.2 Interviewers
This would be a panel interview that will be comprised of five to six members:

CEO will ask questions related to introduction of organization, other questions
related to management and general knowledge.
Your respective department head will ask scripted questions about job area.
Department heads should have a scripted questions list along with their justified
answers.
Other departmental heads can ask general questions related to banking business
and dealings with customers and co-workers.

Come in proper dress code and show all your serious efforts and skills for fulfillment
of this task. As much your approach will be participative as much you will get score.
