The steps are quite easy and are as follows:

alerting us of your shipment along with your details and the details of final destination.
Attach your invoice of purchase to your email or fax to 713-589-4380.
Track your own shipment and double check with us when it is delivered.
All shipments for Houston have to be sent to our Houston address:

All shipments weighing between 0-13 pounds are charged a minimum fee starting at $50.00
Shipment takes 5 to 6 days to Lagos, 7 to 10 day to Port Hartcourt, 12 to 14 days any other
state.
Proof of Purchase (Receipt) is required for all electronics and items that cost $200.00 or
more, as we must file a report with US Customs before they can be shipped.
Make sure your name is always on the package so that delay or confusion of ownership
does not occur.
*** Please be advised that some items can occur what is called volume weight that is when
your shipment takes up more space than it actually weighs. These items tend to be baby
items such as strollers, cribs, and other items such as televisions.
Ocean Export:
Sea Freight items required dimensions for price quote over the phone or via email.
The starting rate for sea freight is $125.00 USD this is for a box size of 24X24X24 (inches).
Sea freight takes about 6 weeks for sailing and clearing through Nigerian Customs.
Shipping for sea freight is paid here in the US and clearing is paid for in Nigeria. Clearing
prices are solely based on Nigerian customs as to which rates may fluctuate and change to
Nigerian Customs discretion.
Sea freight leaves once a month and is based on a first come first serve basics for all
consolidations into as PSI Container. The earlier you bring your items the more like it will sail
on the next vessel as to some customers bring items in as early as one or two months in
advance.

In order to export from the United States, certain information is required and you must
produce.
They are as follows:
1. Your full name, phone number, and U.S address. If you do not have a US address please
let us know.
2. The full name, phone number and address of recipient.
3. Your international passport number, Nigerian Passport, or US Passport. In the case of US
business your EIN number.
4. If you are shipping a car the Original Title is required.
STORAGE FEES: ANY ITEM LEFT IN OUR WAREHOUSE FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYs
WILL ACCURE STORAGE FEES
Our offices are open from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Our warehouse is open from
9am-4pm Monday through Friday. If you are bring in a package you must be at our
warehouse no later than 4pm for your items to be received.
