Avaya Aura WFO Release 10.x codes in
Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.x

Summary

Effective June 4, 2012, Avaya will no longer make commercially available the Avaya Aura

Workforce Optimization (WFO) Release 10.x codes, specific to Avaya Aura Contact Center
(AACC) 6.x. Avaya currently offers the newer AACC-M Mid-Market bundles as a replacement. In

addition, an Avaya Aura WFO Release 11.0 Mid-Market offer with no dependency on AACC will
be available when WFO 11.0 becomes Generally Available.

All sales of new systems, upgrades, new feature add-ons, and expansions using the discontinued
codes listed above will end on the EOS date indicated.
Migration Strategy
Avaya is offering the following alternative solutions:

Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) Mid-Market bundles, based on AAWFO


Release 10.1 (and 11.0 after GA) quote and order via Enterprise Configurator (EC) for
CS1K switch environment or via Avaya Solution Designer (ASD) tool for Aura/CM switch
environment

Avaya Aura Workforce Optimization (WFO) Release 11.0 Mid-Market packages


after this release is GA quote and order via Avaya Solution Designer (ASD) tool for
Aura/CM switch environment
