a. Programme Officer, Arcot Lutheran Church School Project,


Tirukoilur (August 2005 onwards):

• Prepare and write projects on rights based approach to development.


• Prepare activity plan, collect data and ensure effective implementation
of rights based women empowerment and children empowerment
programme.
• Ensure peoples participation in the development process.
• Impart human rights and child rights education among the teachers
and students of the ALC Schools and among the marginalized
community.
• Coordinate and organize various trainings and seminars for the
stakeholders and staff.
• Monitor field based activities and assist in the administration.
• Prepare periodic progress report and document the records.

Poverty through Economic Changes funded by CCO-Nepal and SNV-
Nepal.
• Prepared Tsunami relief and rehabilitation programme reports for ALC.
• Written several mini environment development projects to the Socio-
economic development board of Church of South India, Vellore during
the short term assignment of 3 months.
• Skills in writing reports, articles on development issues.
