discrepancy. The Teacher(s) Manager will discuss the same with the concerned facilitator and make changes, if
required.
Payment for Cancelled Sessions:

All teachers will be paid 50% of the amount for the sessions marked as cancelled. e.g. Assuming there
were total 16 sessions in a month, of which a teacher taught 14 sessions, and 2 sessions were
cancelled, he/ she will be paid 1500/- (14*100 + 2*100*50/100 = 1400 + 100 = 1500)
Holidays will not be treated as cancelled and there will be no payment for the same.

Leaves and Deductions:

All teachers will be entitled to 1 leave per group per month. If a teacher is not present for more than 1
session he/she will be marked as Absent
Absent days will lead to deductions from the total taught hours. This deduction will be at 50% of the
total absent sessions e.g. Assuming there were total 16 sessions in a month, of which a teacher was
present for 14 sessions, and remained absent for 2 sessions, he/ she will only be paid 1300/- (14*100
2*100*50/100 = 1400 - 100 = 1300)
If a teacher remains absent thrice for a particular group, i.e. misses 3 sessions for a group, he/she will
have to engage in a dialogue with the Teacher(s) Manager and they will mutually decide the course
of action to be undertaken.
