Filling in personal data within the scope of biographic data provided in the curriculum vitae, I provide my consent
to process them and to save them in a personal database of the company MANPOWER SLOVENSKO, s.r.o.
and central databases in the world-wide network of the company MANPOWER SLOVENSKO, s.r.o. for the
purpose of acquiring a job for the period of one year.
At the same time, I confirm by my signature my consent to use my personal data provided in the curriculum vitae
to third parties for purposes of recruitment and selection services.
I thereby provide my approval to personal agency MANPOWER SLOVENSKO, s.r.o to scan, copy and store
copies of the official documentation (such as passport, ID card, marriage certificate) for the purposes of

protection of personal data in all countries where it has its representation, while all employees of the MANPOWER
SLOVENSKO, s.r.o. company adhere to principles of personal data protection in compliance with the Act No. 122/2013 of the
Collection of Laws of the Slovak Republic and laws of respective countries on protection of personal data.
The company Manpower Slovensko undertakes to save and to process your personal data within the scope and in the way that
are in compliance with applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, primarily with the Act No. 122/2013 of the Collection of
Laws and in compliance with later amendments on protection of personal data.
MANPOWER SLOVENSKO, s.r.o. reserves the right to change the wording of this consent in case it is required by legislation
