Description

In generally Moving air is called wind. Winds caused by the uneven heating of the
atmosphere by the sun, the irregularities of the earths surface, and rotation of the earth. This
wind flow, motion energy, when HARVESTED by modern wind turbines, can be used to
generate electricity. The terms WIND ENERGY describes the process by which the wind is
used generate electricity wind energy is the kinetic energy associated with the movement of
atmospheric air. A wind turbine converts the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power in
to electricity to power homes, business, schools & the like. In this project, for the conversion of
wind energy into wind power, the main components required are wind turbines made up of milk
paper, generator of rating 12V/500MA, LED, Regulator made of 8051 MICROCONTROLLER,
inverter, Step down Transformer of rating 2A/12V connected in reverse 12-0-12/230v. We are
going to present live project on conversion of wind energy into 50W power.
