Meanings:
talk and all its manifestation; exchange of information; negotiation;
group of people living inside the same roof, in the same house. There is a sentimental
connotation. It can also mean a familiar influence.
with cards representing people indicate with whom the conversation is
Combinations:
Conversazioni + amore = love declaration
Conversazioni + imeneo = marriage proposal
Conversazioni + amore + imeneo = love declaration with marriage proposal
Conversazioni + mercante = conversation about job
Conversazioni + il pensiero = (oral) test, study exam
Conversazioni + denaro = proposal of a financial investment
Conversazioni + gran consolazione = talk about interview (not sure about this yet I

news that will take time to arrive; arrival in our life of someone that is better to keep at
distance, be careful

Combinations:
Belvedere (R) + donna maritata = to keep distance of a married woman (maybe with
children)
Belvedere (R) + militare = meeting with a foreigner, that is better to avoid
With cards of people it shows prepotent, colerical, agressive people
Imeneo (R) + belvedere (R) + amore = case of physical violence; if these 3 cards are
reversed it means rape, sexual attack

- the love card shows Cupido with his eyes blinded. This means that love is irrational; it
does not make difference about anything: religion, color, etc. It is a free power, difficult to be
controlled by men

Amore + casa = love for the family or a good life at home

married)
Amore + militare (R) = betrayal; something secret; adultery
Amore + ladro = love without sincerity; someone needs to be cautious; someone with not
a good intention

sentimental field

Amore + presente di pietri preziose + disgrazie = love break due to incompatibility of
character; couple that marries for interesse (amore + presente di pietri preziose)

Reversed meaning (R)
- in the early times this card reversed would mean homossexuality, as symbol of sexual
perversion. Nowadays it shows the two ways of seeing morality:
- if the card is up = harmony, monogamy
- if the card is reversed = promiscuity; sexual perversion

- it is a positive card; it shows positive and immediate success

in the work field it is a promise before an important event; a proof period at work

Allegrezza al cuore + mercante = proof period presuming a contract for indefined period
Allegrezza al cuore + denaro = promise of financial nature that will be paid
Allegrezza al cuore + presente di pietri preziose = engagement ring; can also be a
luxury object, jewelry, ring, etc)
Allegrezza al cuore + bambino = compromise between two people that will bring
moments of peace and affectivity
The card shows a group of family members, so a combination that will mean heredity
would be:
Vecchia signora + morte + letterato + gran consolazione + allegrezza al cuore
where letterato would have the meaning of testment and gran consolazione the capital
received
Reversed meaning (R)
- unstable relationship; betrayal (in all senses)
- as it shows also a group of people that could be relatives, it shows a great disagreament
with relatives (confirmed in the next card what the disagreament would be about)

Combinations:
Allegrezza al cuore (R) + domestico = disagreament with a family young someone

- in the card we see a safe but also documents
Meanings:
- money; richness; financial prosperity
- it also means past (because the safe is also an archive)
- when this card is closer to a card of a person it means someone we already know
Combinations:
Denaro + casa = bank; big financial institution; insurance company
Denaro + lettera = money guarantee; communication about a benefit
Denaro + ladro = robbery
Denaro + presente di pietri preziose = money as gift
Denaro + dispiaceri = the querent or someone who had a very difficult past life; pain for
the past
Denaro + lamante/lamatrice = ex-lover; ex-boyfriend, etc
Denaro + nemica = woman that has in the past acted against the querent
Denaro + letteratto + gran consolazione + morte = can indicate a heirdom
The denaro card is the 6 hearts. In this sense, related to feelings, we can infer that if the
card close by is a card of a queen (nr 12), and other cards confirm that, that this person is
interested or has a relationship based on monetary interests, not love.

Denaro (R) + gran signore = return to the life of the querent of a man who will give help
or support
When the card of denaro comes reversed and together with negative cards it shows that
the situation will stay as it is for a while (continuity)

it is a persons card; it is a man of noble and distinct aspect

Meanings:
- indicates a person that can be intellectual, connected with the legal and juridic area
- creative person
- it can also represent a contract
- a family person, someone with more than 40 years, a brother, etc
- a partner
To better identify the person it is wise to make a specific question for that
Combinations:
Letterato + casa = contract of acquisition or rent of a house or place
Letterato + mercante = labour contract
Letterato + donna di servizio = the same as above
Al the card in the Sibilla that has the number 3 are related to movement, changes
Letterato + stanza = office room; or someone that works at home/from home; sedentary
activity
Letterato + dottore = bureaucracy; the querent will face many bureaucratic difficulties
Letterato + viaggio = contract to buy a vehicle
Speranza + letterato = literally an artist (writer, musician, mode designer, etc)
Reversed meaning (R)
The letterato card is also related to the mind, then, reversed it also refers to the mind,
but in a negative sense
- calculative person; rational, above the feelings
- related to sexual patology, obsession (pedophilia, fetichism, etc)
Combinations:
If the querent wants to know if the person she/he is interested in has potential and the
following cards come:
Letterato (R) + imeneo (R) = be careful. This is a marriage/relationship for financial or
social interest only
Sexual patology is more clear if the following cards come:
Letterato (R) + amore (R) = person that is sexual pervert

- foreseen a positive solution, specially at the end of a sequence;
- in the middle of a sequence, with positive or negative cards, it means that the expectation
of the querent may be realized or it will be faced with obstacles;

Speranza + leggerezza = romantic flirt; quick or temporary love
Speranza + conversazione = meeting close to a lake or sea

Speranza + allegria = the same as above

Speranza + fedelt (card of success in love) = realization of the sentimental or romantic
expectations
Reversed meaning (R)
- depression; lack of hope
- situation that will not be realized; frustration
Combinations:
Letterato + speranza (R) = contract that was not signed, agreed, realized
Imeneo + speranza (R) = broken marriage, relationship
Viaggio + speranza (R) = cancelled trip
Reunione + speranza (R) = cancelled meeting

close to a card of person, we can trust in the person represented by the card
Combinations:
Fedelt + amica = person in which one can trust
Bambino + fedelt = beginning of a new love
Belvedere + fedelt = arrival of a new love
Militare (R) + fedelt = secret love, adultery
Fedelt + imeneo = marriage for love
The card of fedelt can also works as an adjective to the person cards close by:
Fedelt + donna maritata = loyal wife
Fedelt + amica = loyal friend

The cards of lamante (man or woman) when appear reversed with fedelt can suggest
infidelity
Fedelt + lamante/lamatrice (R) = desloyal partner
Fedelt + ladro = the same as the combination with the card of amore, it means that
someone may be interfering in the life of a couple
Fedelt + falsit = there are some things not said in a relationship; relationship without
fidelity or sincerity

it is the equivalent of the card of Constance in the Gipsy Cards, that has an Austrian origin

Meanings:
- victory conquered with sacrifice
- it also means the city where the querent lives
- a situation that continues, having its negative or positive meaning increased depending
upon the cards close by
Combinations:
Only when it appears at the end of a sequence it means triumphy
Ammalato + dottore + costanza = recovery from a sickness; strong cure, intense
Amore + costanza = constancy in the feelings; long time love (amor duradouro)
Domestico + costanza = loyal friend, worker or partner
Gran signore + costanza = person that promises help and will give it
Mercante + gran consolazione + costanza = financial realization due to hard work;
success in a project; someone who has gathered financial advantages as result of work
Conversazione + costanza = success in an oral examination
Conversazione + pensiero + costanza = reinforces the above meaning (always meaning
something hard to conquer, difficult)

Despiacere + costanza + i deliranti (setback / contrariedade) = desperation because of a
setback that is taking too long

- instability; tormentuous situation
- in the past can indicate financial losses or rupture of a love relationship

- married man (45 years old +)

When figure cards come reversed they represent infidelity from the part of the reversed
card
The militare card reversed indicates adultery because it has a sense of secret
Person cards reversed also mean sexual attraction only, without feelings, specially if
accompanied by the card of imeneo (R)
Personal card representing the querent (Lamante or lamatrice) will never appear
reversed. When this happen they do not represent the querent but they can show the other one
(more in the meaning of an enemy in love).
