PAST TRACK RECORD OF TRAINING EVENTS

We have started conducting training programs from M/s Intergraphs CAU events since March-2012.
We are closely interacting with M/s Intergraph (earlier M/s COADE) Technical Team for many
technical issues since last 9-10 years. We have conducted training events of M/s Intergraph in Mumbai
& Chennai.
CAU Express-2012 Team: Allen Richard (Sr. Vice President), Vornel Walker (Vice President), David
Diehl (CAESAR II), Mukesh Chopra (PV Elite & PVHE), Billy Rasco & Sonia Delgadillo (CADWorx)

Followings are our list of training events:

1. ICAS CAU Express 2012 in Mumbai (Intergraphs Training Event)
2. ICAS CAU Express 2012 in Chennai (Intergraphs Training Event)
(ICAS Intergraph Cadworx Analysis & Solutions)
There was a great response and feedback in both the events. We have faced more than 200 queries
from more than 35 participants in both the events and resolved all the queries on the spot. Thats
why the program got full success. The companies who participated: EIL, Technip, Baroda
Equipments, Citech, Intergraph Hyderabad, Aero Engineering, GSFC and many more. Intergraphs
next CAU program most probably will be held in March-2014.
3. 2- Days Corporate Training Held at Burckhardt Compression (India), Pune in Apr-2012.
The training on pressure vessel and heat exchanger design was attended by almost 25 to 30 engineers
from different departments like engineering, quality control, application etc. The event was ended
with great success.
4. Design Workshop/Presentation at L. D. Engineering College-Ahmedabad
There was a whole day workshop/presentation on pressure vessel and heat exchanger's design at
L.D. College of Engg. Ahmedabad on 21st July 2012. The event was organised by The Culminates
Engineering Services. More than 75 Engineers have taken part in that event.
5. CES Express Design Training in Mumbai - 2013
More than 20 Participants have participated from 13 different companies like L&T Hazira, Toyo
Mumbai, Kilburn Engineering Ltd, Reynolds Chemequip, Flash Point, Sparklet Engineers etc. The
program ended with great success with 90% Excellent and 10% Good.
6. CES Express Design Training in Ahmedabad June 2013
5 Participants have participated and satisfactorily completed this one day training event at our
training premises in Ahmedabad.
7. CES PVHE Design Training (3 Days) in Ahmedabad Nov 2013
This 3 days training for pressure vessel design using PV Elite was attended by 5 Participants from
different companies. All the participants have done a lot of design practice manually as well as on
PV Elite. We have resolved their many day to day engineering related and PV Elite related design
problems.

8. 2-Days Corporate Training Held at Burckhardt Compression (India), Pune in Apr-2014.
The Code conceptual training on pressure vessel and heat exchanger design and day to day
engineering related problem troubleshooting was held in 4th & 5th April-2014. This was 2nd in-house
training at M/s Burckhardt. The training was attended by almost 30 to 35 engineers from different
departments like engineering, quality control, application, SCM etc. There was a powerful response
during both the days and received a lot of appreciation from company.
9. 3-Days Corporate Training Held at Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. , Pune in May-2014.
The Design and Code conceptual training on pressure vessel design and day to day engineering
related problem & troubleshooting was held at Forbes Marshall on 6th, 7th, 8th May-2014. This was
3days in-house training. The training was attended by almost 33 to 35 engineers from different
departments like engineering, R&D, application, SCM etc. There was 100% positive feedback from
all the participants and received a lot of appreciation from company as extra-ordinary training.
10. Advance PVHE Design Training-Mumbai/Ahmedabad May 2015
5 days ADVANCE PVHE design training was held in Mumbai/Ahmedabad in May-2015 which was
based on 5 advance design topics on pressure vessel and heat exchangers design with concepts and
step by step evaluation on PV Elite. The training was made more interesting and practical by
incorporation of manual design for all the advance topics. The training got very powerful & positive
response from all the participants.
11. 3 Days PVHE Design Training, Pune Jun 2015
One more successful 3 days PVHE design training was conducted in Pune on 25, 26 and 27th June,
2015. Some examples and cases were resolved manually. Step by step calculation of pressure vessel
and heat exchanger were evaluated on PV Elite software with tips & tricks. Resolved many design
problems of the participant companies during training with explanations. There was very good and
positive response from all the participants with 100% involvement in training activities.
12. PVHE Design Training_Online Training at Canada
We have started conducting online training from our training centre at Ahmedabad. We are equipped
with all the required technologies for online training. Our first online training is delivered at Canada.
It is full PVHE design training.
13. PVHE Design Training At Ahmedabad Training Centre for Many Individuals
Many individuals has attended complete pressure vessel and heat exchanger design training (10-12
days) at our training centre. This full design course consists of manual design calculations as well as
design on PV Elite. It is bundled with so many case studies and detail understanding of design per
ASME Sec VIII, Div-1. There are a lot of technical discussions on pressure vessel and heat
exchanger and their designs.
