for. What changes is the way in which the person is perceived. The emotion, L and
the intellect, F come to the fore, which predict the feelings, A for A = LF2; to
determine the commitment, C to tasks, for C = CWk + CNd. While CWk measures
effort as work, Wk; CNd is a measure of the persons limitations as need, Nd.

The Philosophy
Recall that whatever the mind can conceive, and bring itself to believe, it can
achieve. This shifts the emphasis from doing, which is the current vogue, to being. It
does not completely eliminate activities; rather the dependence of action on mind is
brought to the fore. This requires that a thought pattern is derived, which predicts
the behavior pattern. Then given the thought pattern, the equivalent behavior pattern
would be determined. The thought pattern that is envisaged derives from the
following two, 2 principles:
Limit tasks to the important, to shorten work time
Shorten work time to limit tasks to the important
These are renditions of the Pareto and Parkinson principles, respectively. Tasks are
limited to the important when only the essential ones are identified, to the exclusion
of appearances that give the semblance of engagement. This frees the excess time,
for other engagements. The knowledge bank is a systematic reduction of the
essential jobs into duties, activities, and tasks. The procedure for the performance at
each of these tasks is then standardized, to reconstruct the appropriate perspective of
the particular reality represented by the task. The intellect, F would have been
optimized, when this standard is approximated exactly. This would however
represent a measure of skill, in the performance at the task. It quantifies the fact that
the person can perform at the task. Whether they will, would be a different ball
game that depends on the state of the emotion.
By the arrangement of the human brain, input from the environment via the five, 5
senses reach the emotion before the intellect. This allows the emotion to react to the
stimulus, ahead of the intellect. Thus responses to stimuli would be made before
they are interpreted. Where the standard referred to above has not been learned

The Curriculum
The curriculum is split into three, 3 parts to cater for the basics, the intellect, and the
emotion; according to the definition of the person presented above. Thus feelings are
a product of the intellect and the emotion, according to how astute and stable they
are, respectively. And the basics are fundamentals, which describe how the intellect
and the emotion work, to determine the feelings.

Intellect
For the optimization of the intellect and skill development, the following curriculum
would be required:
The natural order, N-O
The perception model of mind, PMM
The standard procedure series, SPS
The F-Scale
The character model
The value creation model
Self-containment
