1. TITLE OF PROJECT :- C.G. Cable Connection.

2. AIM / OBJECTIVE :-

Objective
The purpose of CG CABLE CONNECTION Project is to provide Basic objectives are to
extend their reach to geographically scattered Locations and widely used in man CG CABLE
CONNECTION SHOP system.

Scope
The scope of the CG CABLE CONNECTION Project is as follows:
This CG CABLE CONNECTION is used to maintain / control most of the activities
happening in CG CABLE CONNECTIONmeans reducing the manual paper work.

3. SYSTEM ANALYSIS:-

Existing System
The Current System is a computerized system but which is maintained at individual
databases. The system doesnt provide online services like online reports, but it centralized
database.

Limitations in Existing System

1) This system is maintained at individual database
2) The User or customer cannot easily access the database
3) In the current system there is not much database maintenance, therefore accessing
single records take more time to verify the data of particular customer information.
4) Customer doesnt have any permission to access their own accounts.

4. HARDWARE & SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS :-

A. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION:

This project must be user friendly.

Keyboard support for all the functionality should also be provided.
Memory consumption of the application during runtime as well as installation should
be minimum.

7. NAME OF THE FORM :-

1) Login form :- Enter user name and correct password.

2) New connection form :-

Enter customer detail in this form, like- customer

ID,customer name, address, phone number, etc.

3) Bill form :- Enter bill details, like bill number, customer ID, customer name, address,
phone number, etc.
4) Rate :- As per customer required, select the package and choose the option- silver,
ruby, diamond.
5) Staff :- We can put in the form our staff details, like ID number, name, address,
phone number, post, salary, etc.

8. CONCLUSION :The Project entitled CG CABEL CONNECTION is developed in visual basic in this
project Ms-Access 2000 is used as database. This project is made to express a model of CG
CABEL CONNECTIONCG Softwares.It control all the transaction. It also generates the
reports in specific manner.
So this project is very useful for CG CABEL CONNECTION. It reduces extra
work and it is very reliable .In this project icon and other components are
understandable.
