Creencias de comportamiento
Creencias normativas
Las creencias normativas son el predictor de las Normas subjetivas. Son los
resultados que el individuo cree que se producirn por la promulgacin de un
comportamiento, ponderadas por la motivacin del individuo para cumplir con las
normas subjetivas (Chorlton et al., 2012)
Segn Marcati et al. (2008), las creencias normativas tienen que ver con el sujeto
o grupo de sujetos que aprobaran o desaprobaran adopcin de innovaciones.
As pues, las presiones ms fuertes sobre los emprendedores vienen de la alta
gerencia, as como de empleados y clientes, y en menor medida de inversionistas
y competidores (Marcati et al., 2008)

Normas subjetivas
Segn Azjen (1991) hacen referencia a la presin social percibida para realizar la
conducta en cuestin. Las normas sociales percibidas son una medida de apoyo
social de la conducta por otras personas importantes, como la familia, amigos y
otros modelos y mentores" (Ajzen, 2001; Elfving, 2009; Friedkin, 2010; Lorz, 2011
citados por Botsaris & Vamvaka, 2012)
Intencin emprendedora
En primer lugar, Sondari (2014) citando a Bird (1988) seala que "La
intencionalidad es un estado de la mente para dirigir la atencin de una persona
(y, por tanto, la experiencia y la accin) hacia un objeto especfico (objetivo) o una
ruta de acceso con el fin de lograr algo (medios)". As pues, la intencin
emprendedora puede interpretarse como un estado de la mente en trminos de
comenzar nueva empresa (Sondari, 2014 citando a Wu & Wu, 2008).
Comportamiento emprendedor
Soporte social
De acuerdo con Shapero & Sokol (1982) citado por Summers (2013), el
soporte social se refiere lo que personas cercanas al emprendedor, tales como
amigos, familiares, grupos de colegas y mentores, piensen acerca del
comportamiento emprendedor.
