TRATION BUILDING - DRAINAGE SYSTEM


Conflict between foul calculation (Q = 7.93 l/s) and
drawings (Q = 6.6 l/s) .

Refer PHE Calculation sent as final package to CKR.

Drainage pipe slope schedule in accordance with


the pipe size as per International standards to be
provided on each drainage drawing. Note #4 "ALL
HORIZONTAL DRAINAGE PIPE SHALL RUN WITH
1:100 PIPE SLOPE " is not acceptable.

Dedicated kitchen waste line to be provided.

Kitchen grease trap to be provided.

Internal kitchen drainage distribution is not shown.

Planter drains ( or rain water outlets ) at the pool


deck are not indicated . Is there are landscape area NOT IN SCOPE
on that level?

Dedicated drainage line for swimming pool


backwash to be provided.

Confirm that all condensate drainage pipes have


been coordinated with the RCP.
Indicate the required ceiling access for the drainage
cleanouts.
Please confirm that all drainage pipes have been
coordinated with the Building structure.
Please confirm that the final drainage connection is
via gravity flow and it has been coordinated with
infrastructure drawings.
Invert levels on all drainage pipes to be shown.
Ground floor plumbing fixture should be drained
separately .

RATION BUILDING - WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

Provide the support documents for water and hot
water calculations.
Internal kitchen water supply distribution is not

The requested access panel 600mm X 600mm is not
adequate to the water heaters sizes ( i.e. for 250 L
EWH etc.)

Required tie-in flow and head to be indicated .

Tanker filling point at ground floor is not sufficient to


serve the roof water tank (check & confirm the max.
pressure for the tanker) .Otherwise ground floor
water tank along with transfer pump need to be
introduced.
Water supply provision for the pool equipment area
is missing .
Check the clear high above false ceiling in the
toilets area and the ability to suspend EWH 200l &
250 L .

Hose bibs are missing .

RATION BUILDING - FIRE FIGHTING WORKS


Fire pump calculation (500 gpm) not match with
NFPA and QCCD requirements for stand-pipe
calculation method . Please substantiate the
required flow.
ITC (inspection test connection) for each floor is
missing .
Flushing valves at the end of the main pipe for each
floor are missing.
Clean agent details drawings, calculations and
sequence of operation is missing .

Check the distance between the clean agent


cylinder and the discharge nozzle .
The LV in stair case no. 2 to be relocated as per
QCDD .
Separate fire fighting riser for sprinklers to be
provided along with ZCV ( zone control valve) for
each zone.
Sprinklers are not shown on some of the areas ( ref.
mechanical room on the roof etc. ) - to be provided
in accordance with NFPA 13.
Drainage lines to be provided for all risers.
FHC to be at every 30 meters walking distance comply with the coverage.
Clean agent cylinders shall not be installed at the
protected zone ( Ref. LV room ) - Comply with it.
Type of the fire extinguisher is not specified.
Separate symbol for Co2 & dry powder
extinguishers to be shown.
Fire extinguishers to be provided at every 22.5 m
walking distance.
Is it provided pre-action system for machines
rooms ? Please confirm.
Dry powder extinguishers to be provided for all
electrical rooms.

FHC to be provided on the roof.


Confirm that sprinkler layouts have been
coordinated with the RCP.

Required tie-in flow and head to be indicated .

LV should be fed from main the fire water riser not


from the sprinkler network in the stair case no. 4 .
