Sub:- I am Senior Citizen Age 73 Years Old and Heart Patient , So Please help me
To take the action for Demolition as THE HABITUAL LAND GRABBERS and
THE ANTI SOCIAL ELEMENTS.1.Shri Ashok Bhagwandas Chawla and 2. Shri
Anil Dinanath Gupta have carried out by forceably illegal New Construction of 16
Galas having Tin Sheds on roof in the Plot bearing Nos.35 (P) , 36, 37, 41, 42,
43,44(P),and corresponding CTS

Nos.10933,10934,10935,10920,10921,10922 &

10923, lying being and situated at Khemani Industrial area, Opp Ramabai
Ambedkar Nagar, O.T.Section, 6-B, U.No.35 (P), Sheet No.43, Ulhasnagar
-421002. By misleading the Honourable Court, besides the Order of status quo on
necessary minor repairs and plaster work of Old 8 Sheds in the Plot No 39 as
mentioned in the RCS NO. 179/2014, but not for the Plot No.42,so they have
committed the Contempt of Court and the same has been carried out by forceably
without getting the any building permission and the plan approved and
sanctioned from Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation
Ref:- 1. Our complaints dated 22/2/2011, 30/11/2012, 22/4/2014, 29/5/2014, 5/8/2014, 23/01/2015 &
29/05/2015 & 03/06/2015 and also send notice through Advocate Shri. G.B.DIVATE on
dated.08/11/2010 and 02/07/2014 LOKSHAHI DAY Complaint on dated 2/6/2014, 7/7/2014, 4/8/2014
and 2/3/2015 to The Commissioner of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation.
2. We have complained to Prime Ministers Office on dated 30-7-2014 and also to Central Vigilance
Commission, New Delhi on dated 31/7/2014 Complaint Registered with C.V.C Complaint No
17475/2014 Vigilance-9 on dated 30/7/2014 and C.V.C Complaint No. 17473/2014 Vigilance 9 on
dated 31/7/2014.

With reference as per above, we the undersigned would like to bring to your kind notice as under:-

We have made so many complaints to The Commissioner of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation &
their Concerned Departments But no suitable action has been taken so far against Shri Ashok
Bhagwandas Chawla and Shri Anil Dinanath Gupta for carried out by forceably illegal and
unauthorized new construction of 16 Galas having Tin sheds on roof on our above Plot by The
Commissioner of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation. So I went personally at New Delhi on 30/7/2014
and given our complaint letters dated.2/7/2014 and 14/7/2014 to Prime Ministers Office, New Delhi
and Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi on dated 31/7/2014 has been registered under above
referred Complaints Nos.17473 and 17475.

1. We states that vide notice dated 8/11/2010 and 02/07/2014 through Advocate Shri G.B. DIVATE
thereafter vide our letters dated 22/2/2011, 30/11/2012, 22/4/2014,29/5/2014 and 5/8/2014,
23/1/2015,29/05/2015 & 03/06/2015 to The Commissioner of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation,
we have made complaints regarding demolition of existing compound wall and new
construction of 16 Galas having Tin Sheds on roof by Shri Ashok Bhagwandas Chawla and Shri
Anil Dinanath Gupta encroachment upon the area adm.approx 165 Ft X 230 Ft on the Plot
bearing Nos. 35(P), 36,37,41,42,43,44 (P) and in pursuance of the said complaint the concerned
department of the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has taken action for demolition on dated
26/11/2011 , 7/6/2012 , 20/5/2014 and thereafter on 2/8/2014.Partly only.
2. We states that Shri Ashok Bhagwandas Chawla and Shri Anil Dinanath Gupta had carried out
illegal new construction of 16 Galas having roof by making encroachment on the our property,
the Plot No 42 , C.T.S No 10921. and obtained the order of status quo by misleading the Honble
Court regarding the Plot No 39 but not for the Plot No .42. So it was necessary in the present
situation to bring the true facts before you in order to enable you to adjudicate completely and
finally the controversies between the parties for the action of demolition
3. I Shri. Kanhaiyalal T.Godhwani at serial no.1 is 73 years old, senior citizen and heart patient
and I under went angioplasty on 10 th June,2010 in Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai and taking undue
advantage of ill health anit social elements will grab the property as they are Habitual Land
Grabbers and hence immediate actions are required to be taken in this matter.

4. We states that from attitude and conduct of the officers concerned there is sheer negligence and
dereliction in duties which has resulted in encouraging the wrong doers to carry out illegal and
unauthorized new construction
5. Under these facts and circumstances we hereby request you to issue the demolition order to
concerned authorities to take immediate action against the offending construction by removing
the new construction of the 16 Galas having Tin Sheds on roof on the encroached portion i.e.
the said property which is owned by us and we hereby request you to issue the order to The ExEngineer , MSEDCL, Ulhasnagar -3,for disconnection the Electricity of illegal New
Construction of 16 Galas.
6. We hereby request you to verify the new construction of 16 Galas in which Plot No & C.T.S No
has been carried out and actually stands on in the present situation to bring the true facts
before you in order to enable you to adjudicate completely and finally the controversies
between the parties for the action of demolition , so please issue the letter for necessary
direction be given to TILR Ulhasnagar for complete measurement and to fix up the correct
boundaries of U.Nos.35(P), Plot bearing Nos

35(P) , 36 , 37, 41, 42, 43, 44(P)

and

corresponding CTS Nos. 10933, 10934, 10935, 10920, 10921,10922,10923, and U.Nos.36,37
&38,Plot bearing No.39,C.T.S No.10918, 6-B, Sheet No 43, situated at Khemani Industrial Area,
O.T.Section, Ulhasnagar -2 and to File the report and we are ready to pay the Government
Measurement Fees for that.
7. We hereby request you to send the necessary instructions & relevant present status documents
be given from the Dy.Commissioner (Legal) to File the MRTP case and FIR in Police Station
against the 1. Shri Ashok Bhagwandas Chawla and 2. Shri Anil Dinanath Gupta regarding the
encroachment and to file the contempt of court case & written statement through the advocate,
as the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has appeared in the following several false cases for
the same related location of the suit property: U.No.37 & 38 , Plot No 39, Sheet No 43, Situated
at Azad Nagar , Near Santoshi Mata Mandir, Ulhasnagar 2.
