IMPORTANT CITII NAINTE DE COPIERE, INSTALARE SAU UTILIZARE.
Nu utilizai sau ncrcai acest software precum i orice materiale asociate (denumite n an
samblu software) pn cnd nu ai citit cu atenie termenii i condiiile de mai jos. Prin
a sau utilizarea software-ului, suntei de acord cu termenii acestui contract. Dac
nu suntei de acord, nu instalai sau utilizai programul.
Observai de asemenea:
* Dac suntei Productor de echipamente originale (OEM), vnztor independent de hardware
(IHV) sau vnztor independent de software (ISV), se aplic prezentul CONTRACT DE LIC
EN complet;
* Dac suntei utilizator final, atunci este valabil numai Anexa A din CONTRACTUL DE
LICEN PENTRU PACHETUL SOFTWARE INTEL.
Pentru OEM, IHV i ISV:

LICEN. Acest software poate fi folosit numai mpreun cu produsele componente Intel. U
tilizarea software-ului n asociere cu produse componente care nu sunt Intel nu es
te autorizat prin prezentul document. n funcie de condiiile prezentului Contract, In
tel v acord o licen neexclusiv, netransferabil, la nivel mondial, integral achitat n
formitate cu drepturile de autor ale Intel pentru:
a) utilizarea, modificarea i copierea software-ului intern pentru dezvolt
are proprie i scopuri de ntreinere; i
b) modificarea, copierea i distribuirea software-ului, inclusiv lucrri der
ivate ale software-ului, ctre utilizatorii finali, dar numai n cadrul unui acord d
e licen cu condiii cel puin la fel de restrictive ca i cele coninute n contractul fina
, pentru utilizator unic al Intel, ataat ca Anexa A; i
c) modificarea, copierea i distribuirea documentaiei pentru utilizatorul f
inal care poate nsoi software-ul, dar numai mpreun cu acesta.

Dac nu suntei productorul sau vnztorul final al unui software de computer sau program
software care ncorporeaz software-ul, atunci putei transfera o copie a software-ul
ui, inclusiv lucrri derivate ale acestuia (i documentaia aferent pentru utilizatorul
final) ctre beneficiar pentru utilizare n conformitate cu termenii prezentului Co
ntract, cu condiia ca beneficiarul s fie constrns n totalitate de obligaiile contract
uale. Nu vei cesiona, sub-licenia, mprumuta sau transfera n alt mod sau dezvlui softw
are-ul nici unei tere pri. Nu suntei autorizai s efectuai operaiuni de gen inversarea
mpilrii, dezasamblarea sau decodificarea software-ului.
Cu excepia indicaiilor exprese din prezentul contract, nu se acord nicio licen sau dr
ept direct sau n mod implicit, stimulent, interdicie sau altele. Intel va avea dre
ptul s inspecteze sau s contracteze serviciile unui auditor independent pentru ins
pecia nregistrrilor dumneavoastr pentru a verifica respectarea de ctre dumneavoastr a
termenilor i condiiilor acestui Contract.

CONFIDENIALITATE. Dac dorii s avei un consultant ter sau subcontractor (Contractor) c

s efectueze lucrri n numele dumneavoastr care implic accesul sau utilizarea software
-ului, vei obine un acord scris de confidenialitate de la contractor care s conin cond
iiile i obligaiile privind accesul la sau folosirea software-ului care s nu fie mai
puin restrictiv dect condiiile stabilite n prezentul Contract i excluznd orice dreptur
i de distribuie i utilizare n alte scopuri.

i numele Intel n publicaii, reclame sau alte anunuri fr acordul prealabil n scris al I

PROPRIETATEA SOFTWARE-ULUI I DREPTURI DE AUTOR. Dreptul asupra copiilor softwareului rmne dreptul Intel sau al furnizorilor acesteia. Software-ul este protejat de
drepturile de autor i de legile Statelor Unite i ale altor ri i de prevederile trata

telor internaionale. Nu putei elimina din software notificrile privind drepturile d

e autor. Intel poate face modificri ale software-ului sau elementelor menionate n a
cesta, n orice moment i fr notificare, dar nu este obligat s ofere suport sau s actual
izeze software-ul. Cu excepia unor dispoziii contrare, Intel nu acord niciun drept
expres sau implicit n cadrul brevetelor, drepturilor de autor, mrcilor comerciale
sau altor drepturi de proprietate intelectual ale Intel. Putei transfera softwareul numai dac beneficiarul este de acord s respecte integral aceti termeni i dac nu vei
pstra copii ale software-ului.
GARANIE LIMITAT PRIVIND SUPORTUL. Dac software-ul a fost livrat pe suport fizic Int
el, Intel ofer garanie c acesta nu are defecte fizice materiale timp de (90) nouzeci
de zile dup livrarea de ctre Intel. Dac se constat un astfel de defect, returnai sup
ortul la Intel pentru nlocuirea sau livrarea alternativ a software-ului, n funcie de
alegerea Intel.
EXCLUDEREA ALTOR GARAN II. CU EXCEPIA CELOR PREVZUTE MAI SUS, SOFTWARE-UL ESTE FURNI
ZAT CA ATARE, FR NICIO GARANIE EXPRES SAU IMPLICIT DE NICIO NATUR, INCLUSIV GARANII
MERCIALIZARE, NENCLCARE SAU ADECVARE PENTRU UN SCOP ANUME. Intel nu garanteaz i nu i a
sum responsabilitatea pentru acurateea sau integralitatea informaiilor, textelor, g
raficii, linkurilor sau altor elemente coninute de software.
LIMITAREA RSPUNDERII. IN NICIUN CAZ INTEL SAU FURNIZORII SU NU SUNT RESPONSABILI P

REZILIEREA CONTRACTULUI. Intel poate rezilia acest Contract n orice moment n cazul
n care nclcai condiiile. La reziliere, vei distruge imediat software-ul sau vei retur
a toate copiile software-ului ctre Intel.
LEGI APLICABILE. Reclamaiile care decurg din acest Contract vor fi guvernate de l
egile din California, cu excepia principiilor de conflict de legi i Convenia Naiunil
or Unite privind contractele de vnzare a bunurilor. Nu putei exporta software-ul ncl
cnd legile i reglementrile privind exportul. Intel nu este obligat n temeiul altor co

LICEN. Avei dreptul s copiai software-ul pe un singur computer pentru uzul personal,
necomercial i putei face o copie de rezerv a software-ului, conform cu urmtoarele co

ndiii:

license.txt sau alt text sau fiier.

"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. B
y loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If yo
u do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
Please Also Note:
* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vend
or (IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEM
ENT, applies.
For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:
LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel compon
ent products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component produ
cts is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel gra
nts to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license und
er Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of t
he Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License A
greement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may acco
mpany the Software, but only in association with the Software.
If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Softwar
e, including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentatio
n) to your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pro
vided such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall no
t otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or othe
rwise reverse-engineer the Software.
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to
you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant r
ecords to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
.
CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor (
"Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of Sof
tware, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor

which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Softwar
e no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any d
istribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or us
e Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements witho
ut Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel t
rademarks or logos.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remain
s with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the
laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisio
ns. You may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make c
hanges to the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without
notice, but is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherw
ise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel pat
ents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may tra
nsfer the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms
and if you retain no copies of the Software.
LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, r
eturn the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software a
s Intel may select.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDE
D "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANT
IES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I
ntel does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness
of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the So
ftware.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS IN
TERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TH
E SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. S
OME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARR

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Softw
are or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the la
ws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Na
tions Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Soft
ware in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obliga
ted under any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an autho
rized representative of Intel.

commercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to th

not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthor
ized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more tha
n one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party suppli
ers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, any en
