Structura tezei: Lucrarea conine adnotri n limbile romn i englez, cuprins, introducere,
2 capitole, concluzii generale i recomandri, bibliografie din 18 titluri, 2 anexe, 30 pagini de
text de baz.

Domeniul de studiu: Pedagogie general.
Scopul cercetrii const n identificarea influenei autoevalurii asupra motivaiei nvrii la
studeni.
Obiectivele cercetrii presupun analiza abordrilor teoretice cu referire la motivaie,
motivaia nvrii i autoevaluarea n context academic; identificarea factorilor ce genereaz
motivaia nvrii la studeni i formele acesteia; interpretarea autoevalurii ca factor de
motivare a nvrii, analiza autoevalurii la studeni n procesul nvrii; estimarea
impactului autoevalurii asupra motivaiei nvrii i elaborarea sugestiilor metodologice
privind motivarea nvrii din perspectiva autoevalurii.
Valoarea teoretic a cercetrii. Rezultatele cercetrii completeaz domeniul pedagogiei
generale cu referire la relaia dintre autoevaluare i motivaia nvrii la studeni.
Valoarea aplicativ a cercetrii. Sugestiile elaborate pot fi utilizate de cadrele didactice
pentru a motiva partenerii actului de nvare, de ctre studeni i elevi care i doresc s se
autoevalueze adecvat, s aib o motivaie pentru nvare la un nivel nalt i s obin
performane n activitatea de nvare i nu numai.

Thesis structure:The paper consists of annotations, both in Romanian and English, contents,
introduction, 2 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, a bibliography of 18
titles, 2 annexes, 30 pages of main content.
Key-words: motivation, learning stimulation, self-assessment, self-assessment strategies,
learning stimulation strategies.
Field of study: General pedagogy.
Research purpose consists of identifying the influence of self-assessment on the students
learning motivation.
Research objectives involve the analysis of theoretical approaches regarding motivation,
learning motivation and self-assessment in academic context; identifying the generating
factors of
the students learning motivation and its forms; self-assessment interpretation as a learning
motivator, students self-assessment analysis in the learning process; estimating the selfassessment impact on learning motivation and developing methodological suggestions
regarding learning motivation from the perspective of self-assessment.
The theoretical value of the research. The research results complete the general pedagogy
field
referring to the relationship between self-assessment and learning motivation for students.
The practical value of the research. The developed suggestions can be used by teachers to
motivate the learning process partners, by students who want to self-assess themselves
properly, to have a high level learning motivation and to achieve performances in the learning
activity and not only.
