Colonial Pipeline Company (Colonial)
pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) of the

Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2)(2005),
has petitioned the Commission to issue
a declaratory order confirming the
proposed rate structure for Colonial’s
planned mainline expansion from Baton
Rouge, Louisiana to Atlanta, Georgia.
Colonial requests a Commission
decision on its petition by July 31, 2006.
