I Muhammad Younas Malik of House No.194-G, Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan, do hereby solemnly
declare and affirm as under,

That, Ahmad Ali Awan is my son and want to go to USA for his Masters Study (MBA) at
University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA.

That, I am retired superintendent from Pakistan Customs and Excise and getting annual pension of
approximately Rs.26, 5000 (Proof attached).

That, my major income is rental income which I get from my shops. The cumulative rent of all my
shops is approximately Rs. 2.4 million annually (Proof attached).

That, I have invested most of my savings in Properties. I am getting annual income of Rs 1.0
million from property buying and selling. Ownership documents attached herewith.

That the present market value of my properties is Rs.24, 835,000 Equivalent to pound sterling
215,955.

That, Property documents and Evaluation Certificates from Estate Agents and consultants are
attached herewith for your kind consideration.

That, I have sold out a part of my property (06) shops (to support my sons study in U.K) situated
at DEH baberloi Taluka & District Khaipur measuring 12 x 40= 480 sqft to Mr. Nizamuddin
Mahar S/O Abdual Sattar for the price of Rs.1,800,000 and received the amount in cash on 11-122006 ( Sale Deed and ownership documents (general Power of attorney) is attached as a proof).

That, I have already paid the first full year fee of 2,300 to FTC Kaplan.( Appetence letter
attached).

That, I have already given Rs 1,000,000 to my Son Ahsan Jawaid Abro for his living,
accommodation and other study expenses, in the shape of Cheque which was credited to his
account on 12-01-2007.

That, please find the attached bank statement of Ahsan Jawaid Abro showing the deposited
amount of Rs.1, 000,000 for his study expenses in UK.

That, the deponent will bear all the expenses during his study period i.e. Tuition fee, Boarding,
Traveling etc.

That, I can afford my sons study in UK quite easily as I have a sound financial background.

That, upon completion of study he will return to Pakistan.

That, I shall be responsible for my own statement.

deponent of this affidavit affirm and solemnly declare as under.

That, I want to go to UK for my ACCA studies at FTC Kaplan London.

That, I have already completed my previous qualifications O Level, A Level and ACCA part I
and want to go to UK for ACCA Part II & III( Core papers) at FTC Kaplan which is a leading
institution of UK in Accountancy studies having premier plus status & fully equipped with the
latest teaching technology.

That, my father has been working as an Assistant Director at Water and Power Development
Authority (WAPDA) and getting Rs 0.5 million annually and Rs 1.0 million form property buying
and selling. (Appointment letter and property ownership documents attached).

That, his total annual income is Rs. 1.5 million.

That, my Father has already paid 2300 to FTC Kaplan London as my Full year tuition fee.

That, my father have already given me Rs 1,000,000 for my living, accommodation and other
study expenses, in the shape of Cheque which was credited to my account on 12-01-2007.

That, please find the attached my bank statement showing the deposited amount of Rs.1, 000,000
for my study expenses in UK.

That, I will return to Pakistan on the completion of my studies.

That, my father Abdual Jawaid can afford my study expenses in London easily as he has a sound
financial back ground.

That, the completion of my Association of Certified Accountant ACCA from UK, will open new
doors of opportunities for me in Pakistan.
