Position : Director

Mr.Luigi Sparacello, the founder Chairman of Decora Art & Colour Pte Ltd, Singapore has over 2
decades of experience in the application of decorative finishes within Europe and Asia. He is a
professionally trained and schooled applicator.

He is skilled at recommending and sourcing economical solutions for large commercial projects.
He was trained in order to become physically proficient in all company techniques and products.
Hands-on mentor and trainer for skilled workers .He has the ability to be innovative, a risk taker and
optimistic in nature. Mr.Luigi is able to effectively communicate with fellow team members and
explore ideas and suggestions put forward by the team, trouble shoots the problems and
completes the Mr.Luigi is successful in managing the Projects in South East Asia since 2009.

Matthew Drake
Position : Director
A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering from University of Wisconsin, has vast experience in handling
and managing large scale projects from design phase up to project implementation and
completion which also includes procurement.
He sees to it that each delivery team has the appropriate direction and focus on the critical
path. Thus, ensuring that work is delivered to the expectations of the Client.
