What is Virtual Office?

A business location that exists
only in cyberspace. A virtual office
setup allows business owners and
employees to work from any
location by using technology such
as laptop computers, cell phones
and internet access.
A virtual office can provide
significant savings and flexibility compared to renting a traditional
office space. Meetings can be conducted via teleconferencing and
video conferencing, and documents can be transmitted
electronically. Some companies even provide virtual office
services to give virtual offices the prestige associated with
physical offices, such as an important-sounding address, a
professional phone-answering service and even occasional rental
of office space and conference rooms.

How to install Team Viewer

Application Review
This team viewer software application is free only for personal use and for
commercial use it is paid.
Following are some functions that can be performed by non-commercial version of
team viewer software

Remote access
1. Once Team viewer is installed it generates a partner ID and password
2. Connection is established between the local client and remote client only
when password and ID of either clients is generated.
3. Once the password of remote client is entered on local client team viewer
app, one can easily access the system .

Drag and Drop Function

1. On remote system just drag any file and it be copied on
local client system.

Chat, audio call and video call setup

1. One can easily send a text or chat and can make a call
using the teamviewer software.
2. You can also use the video calling option for the
assistance.

File box
1. Drag any document and file to file box and it will be share
with other client.
2. Presentations and excel sheets can also be attached and

Reboot, log off and log on

You can edit any document on remote device if want to make any
changes.

You can make changes to any file on remote device and save at
any location ,or to any of the device to home device as well have
remote device.

Technology used in Team Viewer:

Basically, team viewer is software that provides the services like
remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web
conferencing and file transfer between computers. There are
plenty of features included in the software, such as remote
rebooting, VoIP, video conferencing, session recording, changing
of view directions, VPN, and finally file transfers.
TeamViewer connect to a partner via his/her IP address, but
instead of the Partner ID enter the IP address of the remote
computer. If the network uses DNS resolution, you can connect in
the same way using the computer's name instead.
TeamViewer also create a VPN (virtual Private Network) between
the two connections and allow you to make a VPN network.
For the security purpose, team viewer used RSA Private/ public
key exchange and AES session encryption. RSA is the first public
key encryption cryptosystem; the encryption key is public and
differs from the decryption key which is kept secret. Its security is
based on the difficulty level of the factoring the product of two
large prime numbers. For the connection, TeamViewer first
generates a set of 1024 Bit encrypted RSA private/public keys
which are exchanged. That key pair is needed for the encryption
of the symmetrical AES 256 Bit session keys. In other words, the
RSA keys keep the AES 256 Bit secure during the set up phase of
the encrypted session. This offers state of the art security for
every session established by TeamViewer.
When we start TeamViewer, it will try to make the direct
connection with the partner system but if it fails, software is
communicating with a central server and made an outbound
connection.
