Very addicting Asian style chicken wings, with just
the right amount of heat. 12 wings.

A mix of Calamari and sliced seasonal vegetables in a light
tempura batter. Served with a smoky house aioli.
Santa Fe Nachos 10
Crisp tortillas are brushed with Pasilla chile sauce and topped with
pepper jack cheese, diced chicken, pickled Jalapeos and sweet

Hummus accented with our red pepper sauce for your wood-fired

The Ridge Burger 11
All of our burgers are made from ground Chuck and served on
a large pub bun. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, garlic aioli
and your choice of cheese.
Big Kahuna 13
This sweet and salty marriage starts by marinating the burger
in Teriyaki sauce. We grill to perfection topped with pineapple
slices, bacon, grilled sweet onions and pepper jack cheese.

Turkey Burger 9

Fettuccine pasta tossed with our creamy garlic Alfredo sauce

Penne pasta, roasted cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts,

vinaigrette of juice from grilled lemons and olive oil.

Woodfired Pizza
We make our dough every day and let it slow rise for 24 hours. This helps develops extra flavor.
PLEASE NOTE: Cooking pizza in a wood fired oven is an artisan craft that creates a crust with variations.
It is not unusual to have charred and toasted spots around the edges.
Our pizzas are hand thrown to two sizes Medium 10 and Large 14

The Ridge 17 & 21
Our house-made tomato sauce and Mozzarella is absolutely
smothered with large portions of Italian sausage, pepperoni,
salami, mushrooms and Kalamata black olives.
Margherita 13 & 17
The classic Neapolitan pizza! Our own house-made, garlic
infused tomato sauce, Mozzarella and Basil. Simple. Good.
The Roman 16 & 20
One of our signature pizzas. A base of fennel-scented white
sauce (non-dairy) and aged Fontina cheese, then caramelized
onions, Italian sausage, roasted garlic and broccoli rabe.
Once its cooked we drizzle with premium smoked olive oil
and topped with Parmesan cheese.
The Baja Pepper 18 & 22
Pepper Jack cheese is topped with chicken breast, roasted
Poblano peppers, pickled Jalapeo peppers and sweet
peppers. The cooked pizza is garnished with diced tomatoes,
sliced avocados and a spicy Tex/Mex sauce.
BBQ Chicken 17 & 21
BBQ sauce layered with grilled chicken, red onions, roasted
corn and topped with cilantro
