COUNTER-STRIKE: GLOBAL OFFENSIVE TEAM

Online Athletes
The following contract is intended to outline the obligations and expectations of
Climatic Gamings North American Counter-Strike: Global Offensive gaming team
(independently known as Online Athletes) as well as list organizational,
sponsorship and third party benefits when and where applicable.
In joining Climatic Gaming and signing this legally binding contract, I fully
understand and voluntarily agree to waive my right to claim for injuries and or
damages against Climatic Gaming, its organization administrators or fellow players
and staff.
I hereby certify my understanding that any and all Climatic Gaming sponsored
activities involving myself, my teammates or third parties is voluntary and engaged
in at my own risk. Therefore, I plainly assume all risk of injury, illness or death that
could result from participation in any such activities. I understand that Climatic
Gaming, LLC is not to be held responsible for any personal belongings or team items
in the event that they are lost, damaged or broken, including but not limited to
peripherals and computer equipment, through my participation in Climatic Gaming
functions.
I agree to a winnings/prize money split of 16.66% in any and all LAN and online
events where entry costs are paid for by Climatic Gaming, LLC and Justin Goldsmith
as the directorate of Climatic Gaming and understand that the same winnings split
is applicable to players, dividing the money equally to the six involved parties,
those being the five-man Online Athletes roster and Climatic Gaming, LLC.
In the event that hotel, food and/or travel is paid for by Climatic Gaming, LLC, I
agree to a 20% marginalization of winnings to be distributed to the organization.
I agree to a contract duration of three months (90 days) and am knowing of a grace
period provided during the first two weeks (starting September 20 th) whereby the
organization or an individual player may effectively terminate the contract within
that time period.
I certify that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of my
aforementioned contract with Climatic Gaming, LLC. By signing this

contract and solidifying its validity, I waive my legal right to file suit
against Justin Goldsmith or Climatic Gaming, LLC.

The following contract, with its enclosed contents, is a legal agreement between
__Player Name__, gaming alias __Alias__, referred to as player herein, and Climatic
Gaming, LLC and its organization administrators under the directorate of __Justin
Goldsmith__. Player hereby agrees to play for and represent Climatic Gaming, LLC
as an officially contracted player.
1. TERM: This contract is valid for a period of three (3 months) beginning on
__SEP 20, 2015__ and ending on __DEC 20, 2015__. Early termination is
applicable until __OCT 4, 2015__ whereby the organization or the player may
effectively terminate the contract with or without stated reason within that
time period.

2. CLIMATIC GAMINGS OBLIGATIONS

a. Climatic Gaming will provide support, either through sponsors or
organization funds, for registration, entry fees, travel and lodging
expenses for Player to events including but not limited to:
tournaments, leagues (ESEA, CEVO, PGL, FaceIt) when financially
able to do so.
b. Climatic Gaming will provide continual support to Player in any
manner possible upon request, applicable if said request is
deemed necessary by the organization and team management.
c. Climatic Gaming will provide Player and fellow teammates with a
TeamSpeak 3 server without limitation and a 10-slot CounterStrike: Global Offensive server for use in team/individual practice
and scrimmages.
d. Climatic Gaming will provide equipment to the team and its
players when applicable and as provided by sponsors.

e. In the event that monthly earnings acquired from the team are to
exceed $5,000 USD, either through tournament and league
winnings or monetary sponsorships, monthly salary negotiations
will begin at the stock amount of $150 USD and be negotiated by
both Player and the organization.

3. PLAYERS OBLIGATIONS

a. Player agrees to play for and represent Climatic Gaming and its
sponsors as a recognized independent contractor. In signing this
document, Player certifies that they have no preexisting legal
contracts binding them to any other team or organization. Player
shall not and will not enter into any third party contracts during
the period of this contract without prior consent from Justin
Goldsmith of Climatic Gaming,

a. Player understands that in signing this contract they shall not
disclose any details listed herein, including but not limited to
contract length, team and player obligations or revenue, either
directly or indirectly, and will be faced with contract termination
if such act is committed.

b. Player agrees to play matches and participate in events paid for
or organized by Climatic Gaming, LLC to the best of their ability
and participate in scheduled team and at the very least
individual practice (including but not limited to aim and recoil
improvement) on a daily basis.

c. Player agrees to wear official Climatic Gaming team apparel at all
times during both sponsored and unsponsored LAN events and
competitions.

d. Player understands that as an independent contractor for
Climatic Gaming, LLC that they are a direct representation of the
organization. Therefore, player agrees that they shall not and will
not display unprofessional manners or procedure including but
not limited to cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, verbal abuse,
bullying, violence or racism.

e. Player understands that as a member of the North American
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster of Climatic Gaming, LLC
that they must uphold sponsorship promotion requests unless
valid reason is given for reason of inability.

REVENUE
a. Player shall receive sixteen point six six percent (16.66%) of
revenue earned from all tournaments and leagues whilst
representing and receiving benefits from Climatic Gaming, LLC.
This percentage is subject to increase upon high placement in
noteworthy tournaments and leagues.

a. Climatic Gaming shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of
revenue, both monetary and otherwise, derived from advertising,
promotion and sponsorship contracts. This revenue is subject for
distribution to team members through way of bonus in salary or
provided equipment (see 2D and 2E for more information).

a. Climatic Gaming shall receive 5% of all revenue derived from
player streams and individual sponsorship referral links, thereby
allowing the remaining 95% to remain exclusive to the Player.

SUSPENSIONS & TERMINATION

a. Player shall receive suspension for minor violations of contractual
or league obligations (CEVO, ESEA, PGL, FaceIt) and termination
when found applicable by organization staff directives.
i. SUSPENSIONS: Suspensions may last anywhere from one
to three games dependent on the severity of the offense.
ii. TERMINATION: Termination of contract declares the
information held herein as void and thereby blacklists the
player from involvement in team games or sponsored
activities.
LEGAL
a. Player understands that the agreed contract is applicable in court
and that Player is subject to a lawsuit in the event of debated
funds or violation of contractual obligations which result in a
misrepresentation of Climatic Gaming as an organization.
