Duties:
Finalize audit reports, comments and present it as power point presentation to top
Managers & Audit Committee.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

Duties:
Manage the Media Department in all Media activities for the Office projects which include

the audience or clients.
Within the events propose mission and budget allocated, prepare the logistics of the event
and assign the team working on the event.
Follow up all logistics execution such as air tickets, hotels, conference rooms, audio visual
required, invitations, events material, seating order, menu, all services, transportations and
handling any emergencies it might occurs.
Coordinate and invite directly the speakers such as ambassadors, public figures, or
celebrities.
Prepare in coordination with the CEO the main Public Policy Advocacy events and its
campaign to change, support; criticize a certain public policy or government decision.
