ORDER:

A provision of Rs.2107,58,48,000/- has been allocated under

General Plan during the Current Financial Year 2015-16 under
MGNREGS. Out of which an amount of Rs.1820,79,11,000/- has been
released vide go first to third read above and leaving a balance of
Rs.286,79,37,000/- during the current Financial Year 2015-2016.

The Finance Department vide the GO fifth read above have
issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 250,23,82,000/(Rupees Two Fifty Crores Twenty Three lakhs Eighty Two Thousands
only) Plan from the BE provision 2015-2016 in relaxation of quarterly
regulation orders towards pending State Share release of MGNREGS.

Government
after
careful
examination,
hereby
accord
administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 250,23,82,000/- (Rupees
Two Fifty Crores Twenty Three lakhs Eighty Two Thousands only) to
the Commissioner, Rural Development Department, A.P, Hyderabad
towards MGNREGA to meet the expenditure under General Plan, in BE
2015-2016, in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards
pending State Share release of MGNREGs

The amount sanctioned vide Para three above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:

However, the Commissioner, Rural Development, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad shall draw the amount by presenting a Grants-inaid bill, based on the BRO issued by the Finance Department vide GO
fifth read above, and after obtaining authorization from the Director of
Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad and issue a cheque in favour
of the Society for Rural Development Services (SRDS)-NREGS SB
Account No. 62093669573, SBH, Adarshnagar branch, Hyderabad. He
is also requested to intimate the allotment of funds, expenditure
particulars and utilization certificate to the Government and watch the
drawal and utilization of funds by the implementing agencies.

The Commissioner, Rural Development, A.P, Hyderabad is
informed that this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for
incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper
sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under the relevant
Rules and he is further informed that no further budget will be
released until the Drawing Officers Receipt (DOR) is received.

The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad is
requested to issue necessary budget authorization to the
Commissioner, Rural Development, A.P, Hyderabad based on the
Budget Release Order issued vide the reference fifth read above.
8.
This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance
Department in view of the BRO issued by them vide G.O. fifth read
above.
