David Durant Illegal Substances In Your Community

David spent 27 years with the Indianapolis Metropolitan
Police Department as a Detective/Sergeant and has 30
years law enforcement experience. He has worked in covert
operations units, been an operator, K9 handler, SWAT tactics instructor
and helped plan and execute over 500 tactical operations. He operated in
an undercover capacity for 12 years in assignments dealing with narcotics,
vice, gang unit and Crime Action Team. In 2004, David was presented
with the Crime Stopper of the Year Award for his role as an undercover
hit man. David will be addressing the issue of illegal substances within the
community and sharing his experiences from years of being an undercover
officer.

Abuse Indiana council. Our primary goal is to provide education to the community and increase awareness of abuse
as well as work to empower individuals to work toward
solutions. The all-volunteer council is open to all and meets
the second Thursday of each month. If you would like to

As a licensed marriage and family therapy, assoc. and
doctoral student with over 20 years of personal recovery, Teresa Walters is able to connect with both the
peer and the professional who desires a better understanding of how to
approach, support and facilitate long-term recovery from self-injurious
behavior. Her presentation, A Harmless Conversation, is designed to bridge
the gap between the peer and the professional by encouraging honest and
compassionate dialogue about the modern day epidemic of self-injury.

Jeff draws from his own trouble youth years to help today's
youth transform their own lives. He has become the most
in-demand youth speaker in America, having captured the
imagination of more than 3500 audiences around the
world. Jeff is a Certified Speaking Professional, the highest designation by
the National Speaker Association and a distinction earned by fewer than
10% of all speakers. Jeff is passionate about working with teens and families and has the incredible ability to communicate with teens.
