first time in Korea. We are manufacturing the products with high quality material and in strict

According to a report surveyed by QA team of INSANs partnership company, ONLY 24customer complaints for Antibacterial
3-fold Soft Scrubbers were reported out of the total delivered units of 10,295,299, which was 0.000002%.

Point 2. High quality and technical skills that cannot be imitated

Why do companies trust and choose INSAN?
Excellent technical skills and thorough quality controls are the answers.
1. The production process of putting Web into rollers[directly]
(keyword! Thermosetting property resin, 66 nylon)
Web, which is produced with 66 nylon, is inserted directly into rollers and glued with Ploy Phenol resin that is thermosetting.
Since the softening temperature of Ploy Phenol is 130~200 , no physical property change is made once it is processed.
Therefore, the durability of the product is outstanding.

INSAN have this Direct Inserting Method.

In case of other companies, the products are sprayed with Acrylic resin which is thermoplastic and dried. Then, they are
dipped in Phenol resin and passed though the rollers. The softening temperature of Acrylic resin is between 60 and 80,
so there are possibilities of physical property change during their use.
The Direct Inserting Method is a method that cannot be easily imitated and only high
quality fiber can endure the manufacturing process. On the other hand, indirect inserting
method can be applied regardless of the quality of fiber. Therefore it is mostly applied to
produce products with low priced fiber.
