AFFORDABLE
ACCOMMODATION

A three-storey worker accommodation using light gauge steel framing. The interior and
ceiling are cladded with gypsum board for the whole three stories all at once. Insulation like
rockwool or Polyurethane maybe used before the exterior finishing with cladding such as
fiber cement board or metal panel sheeting.

Light Gauge Steel framing is a suitable solution for project that looks for
speed, flexibility and lightweight. The design allows the construction of up
to 3 stories building without the need for deep foundation. For large scale
project, the building technology become the best candidate due to its parallel
construction both onsite and offsite.

Because of its flexible design, light guage steel framing are common used
in retail and commercial application. Both wall and roof structure are made
from light gauge steel frame with gypsum board finish as interiror.

For Retail and Commercial Project, time is always the most predominant
factor in return analysis. The building technology can reduce up to 30%
construction time and therefore increase productivity and profitability for
project owner.

Light gauge truss systems are being erected in

a residential complex awaiting cement roof tile to cover.

Light gauge steel frame is the ideal solution for residential villas roof
system that are complex in nature. The truss systems are assembled
in the factory to the exact dimension and shape of the roof, and then
erected on site. cement roof tile or Insulated metal panel is used to cover
the structure.

The partitioning system for multistory building is made from light

gauge steel frame assembled to the exact dimension with flexible
opening, allowing fast track construction.

The technology can be designed and used in buildings as envelop and

partitioning system. The prefabricated panels allow flexible options for
openings, insulation, glazing, and cladding. When combined with steel
structure, the building solution becomes superior in term of time, cost,
and quality.
