Profound knowledge on all the Governance processes at ISG, including Finance Management and Contract
Management.
Performance Management:
Defining contractual service levels and translating the same to day to day reporting. Calibration of service levels
with the Client and various outsourced service providers
Validate the service levels reported by the Service Provider and identify the gaps in the process and publish a
monthly dashboard on the performance of the Service Provider
Analytics on gaps, trends and health check/ performance of the service provider against the services provided
Analyze/forecast/monitor service level credits and earnbacks applicable for multiple service provider
Handling Special Ad-hoc requests from client with respect to SLA Management and delivering them with high
quality.
Ensuring adherence of SLA & Critical deliverables of the contract for the service providers to increase the savings
and efficiencies for the client.
Commercial Management
Validate the invoices along with the respective supporting document and contract that are being raised by
various Service Providers.
As process of SME Management consult the SMEs of the client and share the invoice backups and get the
approvals for the same including training to SMEs for their understanding and observations.
As part of invoice validation process, update the potential credits/savings of the client and keep a tab on Credit
Tracker.
Calculate and validate the Economic Change Adjustment pricing implications to the contract and rate card.
Contract Management:
Analyze & validate the Contractual IT documents, change requests, Project Work Orders from a financial and
service delivery performance perspective providing feedback to the service provider and clients Work closely
with the onsite team to understand the scope of the contract in order to provide the analysis/information and
recommendations to the clients.

General Responsibilities
Track and monitor multiple account reviews that include revenue details scope of service delivery and staffing
details.
Implement Governance Process for multiple service providers and worked through the various phases of
implementation to steady state.
