    PROJECT
    WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

    1.

    PURPOSE
    The purpose of this project working instruction is to define the monitoring and control of
    measuring equipment.

    2.

    SCOPE
    This specification covers for 2 x 150.000 m LNG storage tanks (T211 & T221) of
    REGANOSA terminal in Mugardos A Coruna SPAIN:
    This procedure is applicable to ENTREPOSE Contracting involved with the Project and
    their subcontractors.

    MONITORING OF MEASURING EQUIPMENT


    Maintaining of measuring equipment shall be done in accordance with the 7.6 of ISO
    9001: 2000.
    Measuring equipment shall be identified and protected from any damage during handling,
    maintenance and storage.

    5.

    CONTROL AND MONITORING OF MEASURING DEVICES


    Control and monitoring shall be done in accordance with the 7.6 of ISO 9001: 2000.
    Where necessary to ensure valid result, the calibration or verification must be done at
    specified interval given by applicable procedure.
    If procedure does not give any specified interval, internal document could be used in order
    to determinate calibration intervals.
    After calibration a certificate must be issue and/or the equipment must be clearly identified
    as calibrated/verified equipment.
    A list of measuring equipment shall be kept available
    Calibration/verification certificate must be easily retrievable
    Note:
    Equipment out of calibration/verification interval must be segregated as required by the
    control of nonconforming product 01548 EE37 PPR ET 1900 0034 latest revision in order to
    avoid all intentional or none intentional use.
