1 Introduction
The objective of this document is to provide a list of topics that must be covered when training a
printer operator. Use this form during the training provided at the time of printer installation or any
other time operator training is provided. Each item is uniquely numbered to facilitate quick
reference.
Page numbers for corresponding information in the printers User Guide are provided with each item
on the checklist. These references are to the English language version of the Guide and may differ
from other language localizations of the Guide. HP suggests that the customer print out a copy of
the User Guide for reference and annotation during the training. HP strongly recommends that
Chapter 9, User Cleaning Tasks, be printed for customer reference and reinforcement during the
training.
When used at installation, mark all applicable checklists, obtain signatures, and return the entire
completed form to the appropriate HP Customer Care Center for your region.
