DESCRIPCIN DE LA ASIGNATURA

Conocer un idioma permite incrementar nuestro bagaje cultural,

ampliar nuevos horizontes, acceder a otras fuentes de informacin, obtener
mejores puestos de trabajo.
El curso de INGLS II, est destinado a asegurar el dominio del Ingls
tanto escrito como oral conociendo su estructura y funcionamiento.
La asignatura de Ingls II es de naturaleza terico-prctico, ya que
permite que el alumno pueda comunicarse desde un principio.
Ingls II tiene como objetivo general comprender y producir mensajes
orales y escritos a un nivel bsico de ingls (Basic English level).

OBJETIVOS:
A. OBJETIVOS GENERALES
Al finalizar el semestre el alumno ser capaz de:
1. Valorar la riqueza del idioma ingls como herramienta til en su vida
cotidiana y para su carrera profesional.

2. Asumir un comportamiento prctico frente al uso del idioma ingls.
3. Desenvolverse en situaciones comunicativas a un nivel bsico de
ingls, comprensin oral y escrita.
4. Manejar un vocabulario bsico.

1. Expressing about the ways of communicating

3. Asking for information in a store
4. Expressing and writing food and drinks .
5. Expressing and writing about the abilities
6. Expressing about what people doing at the moment and writing way
7. Expressing explaining what food and drinks they want to order in a
restaurant .
8. Asking for and giving information about the weather
9. Expressing about the memories and the writing way
IV.

METODOLOGA
El profesor har la presentacin introductoria del curso y del Slabo
propiamente dicho. El profesor promover el dilogo constante con los
alumnos para ayudar a que fijen y profundicen mejor los conocimientos que
vayan adquiriendo.
En todo momento resaltar la importancia y necesidad de su participacin
espontnea en el curso y que no slo deben conocer, sino profundizar los
diferentes temas tratados.
Se combinarn los siguientes elementos:
- Desarrollo de proyectos de investigacin acerca de temas relacionados al
curso de ofimtica para ingenieros
- Investigacin de vocabulario de ofimtica para ingenieros.
- Exposicin-dilogo

Induccin, deduccin, correlacin, organizacin, clasificacin y socializacin.
Ejercicios individuales, en pares y/o grupales de aplicacin.
Participacin activa de los alumnos en intervenciones orales.
Role play de dilogos utilizando diversas situaciones.
Investigacin de un tema especfico para hacer un trabajo de su carrera
profesional en clase utilizando Internet.

V. EVALUACIN
El reglamento vigente de la universidad exige la asistencia obligatoria a
clases; el 30% de inasistencias inhabilita al alumno a continuar en el curso,
colocando como promedio final: NSP.
El docente deber tomar lista en cada clase que dicta registrando
asistencias en el sistema que le proporciona la Universidad.

La nota final se establecer del promedio ponderado de:
NF = 30%EP + 30%EF + 40%PPT
N.F. = Nota final
E.P. = Nota Examen Parcial
E.F. = Nota Examen Final
P.P.T. = Promedio de Prcticas y Trabajos
