IN SCHOOL
I.
SITUATION
We Filipinos are not that kind of conscious when it comes to time;
sometimes they called us Filipino time which means we are late in
the given time. This situation always happened mostly in school
especially to those young students or Preschoolers or Grade Schools.
They said that punctuality will lead you to success but how, if we are
practicing the bad habits at this moment?
Punctuality is one of the virtues beyond reproach. If we have this kind
of virtue, much of the time and wealth will be saved in every Filipinos.
Punctuality will include all of the positive actions in all aspects. Though
it was less appreciated in other situations like productivity against
punctuality, none the less, it is still very vital in situations that needed it
most.
This study will determine the factors/reasons affecting students in their
daily routine during school days. Always and often times being tardy in
the flag ceremony, in attending classes after recess time in the
morning and afternoon class sessions and during the first period in the
afternoon class session. There are observed situations that during their
transfer of room in their specialization subjects and other activities that
needs outdoor activities, they are behind schedule in attending to it.
II.
PROBLEM
This kind of problem will lead them to bad habits or practices and
affects their performances at school. The breakdown problems for
tardiness:
1.
How far the distance between residence and school?
2.
What kind of communication they have for proper disseminating
announcements for their subject times?
3.
at night time, what activities they have? (Sleeping habit/ TV
shows obsession)
4.
Are they already addicted in Online/LAN games/Social
Networking Sites (SNS) cyber activities?
5.
Financial problem for means of transportation
6.
Is punctuality properly implemented and well trained in their
Family Values?

Is there any alternative route for the traffic loads for them?
Having conflict subjects or loads

What kind of peers or Camaraderie they have?
Are they product of Bullying/ stress factor? and
Is s/he comfortable in classroom atmosphere?

per problem-subject group or individual.

PLAN OF ACTION
A. OBJECTIVES:
To decrease the number of late students.
To know the reasons of being tardiness.
Implementation of proper time schooling.
To teach them the proper Time Management.
B. TIME FRAME:
This study intends to run through the last of the school year.

D. EVALUATION CRITERIA

E. RESEARCH DESIGN
The activity data and descriptive survey method will be used in this study.
It identified and described a particular condition in a given school environment,
as a reference point in planning and making appropriate educational decisions
and reasons. In this study, it will analyze and improve the academic performance
of late students and for their right time management for proper using the activity
data.
