is providing more entertainment oriented education. This is because we are celebrating the orphans, through indirectly
entertainment they can learn something new from our program today. for example like our previous discussions I have

Novetal Hotel at 1B Sabah.Tthis is perfect place to us invite the orphan child because this hotel is near from orphan

the Treasurer of The Borneo Post Company. As we discuss before,I was informed in the meeting that the company and
the contribution of NGOs with value RM60000 will be handed over to the Director of Publicity with RM20000 and
RM40000 to Director of Activity. Therefore, it is up to both directors to use it as best as possible.

I agree with you Ratnasari. I think that is the best place for us to have an annual dinner our company with orphan child
at Novotel Hotel at 1B Sabah. It is because it is a near place from orphan child. Besides that, food service that provide
from Novotel Hotel is good and the price for food is affordable.

enough, you can request from us.But ifyou want to use this emergency fund, you should make a request to us with the

I have an opinion to make annual dinner exciting. For example, we must set up a booth to take pictures. We will use
our creativity to decorate the booth. The booth is used as a place to commemorate memorize in the company Borneo
post annual dinner with orphan child. Budget necessary to prepair is RM200. Budget is used to purchase the booth
decorative such as masks, and others.
