Note for the expert/Writer from the student:

The assignment is asking to do a Risk assessment (1000 words) on any

activity. It could be as simple as refuelling a car at a petrol station or a
simple task at a shed or garage (such as cutting a metal sheet etc.) OR
perhaps cleaning the gutters of the house with a step ladder.
At the end of the risk assessment we need to include in the appendices
the actual risk assessment. This could be a Matrix or a fault tree whichever
you choose to do. I think a matrix with appropriate assessment would be
better.
The report is also 1000 words and self-explanatory.
The lecturer wants us to use the Australian standards as references along
with other reputable sources. The standards are:
AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management - Principles and guidelines
SA/SNZ HB 436:2014 Risk management guidelines - Companion to
AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009
SA/SNZ HB 89:2013 Risk management - Guidelines on risk assessment
techniques

Please use the standards as references. We may need to use other
standrads than mentioned above such as OH&S standards.
You may have difficulty finding the standards. Here is the link:
www.saiglobal.com however this requires subscription. I have included the
standards in a word format. But if you are within the industry you should
REALLY look at the full documents in PDF format. I am not sure how much
the word documents I have attached will be help.
