Kidney

Always add qi to the kidneys. filling up mother qi, the

root (origin) of qi. If kidney qi is not adequate, various
sicknesses will appear.

- ----

Kidneys store jing.

Kidneys control bones, produce bone marrow, nourish
the brain (brain is produced by bone marrow)

Jing is one of the most valuable materials in human

body.

The kidneys (shen)

Chinese medicine is more concerned with the organs

functions and spheres of influence than with their
physical structure. These spheres of influence are much
wider than the Western view of the anatomy of the
organs.

In Chinese medicine, kidneys are the roots of life, they

store jing, which is the basis of matter, the essence of
life, and the basis for all growth, development, and
sexuality. Storing and maintaining the quality of jing is
the most important function of the kidneys. They also
govern the body fluids and nourish the bones and bone
marrow. In storing the jing, the kidneys also have an
intimate relationship with the brain and spinal cord, and
hence the nervous system.

Baihui
When practice Zhineng Qigong, baihui refers to the
intersection point of the vertical line from top of the head
downward and the horizontal line from yintang inward,

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

not at the top of the head.

In Chinese medicine, jing, qi, shen are the three

treasures that compose human being. The origin of
human life is jing, qi is the invisible mover of life; and
shen is the governing spirit and exhibit of life.

Jing means essence, and specifically a refined essence.

Jing is the power of the seed, the secret of growth,

development and reproduction.

Qi is the invisible mover without which there is no life.

The primary function of qi can be seen in all movements

whether involuntary (such as heart beat and respiration)

or involuntary (such as eating, speaking, walking and

even thinking). Life is movement and qi governs it.

Shen is what gives brightness to life, the spirit. It is

concerned with radiance, a depth of being it leads to

-
life. It also covers a broad field spiritual awareness,

consciousness and mental faculties.

Jing, qi, shen give rise to each other, each transform to

the other, there is a very close relationship in between
them.

Ming men is located in between the two kidneys, inside

the body, not on the skin. When collecting qi into ming

men, by shining qi on the ming men, think of inside.

When point at (press on) da bao, use the middle fingers

to press inward, qi meet in the middle of the body, part of
the qi rushes upward and part rushes downward.
Open and close of zhong mai (central meridian) is a

complete open and close, it is the fourth module of

Zhineng Qigong, it is the zhong hunyuan (middle
hunyuan) stage.

Holistic relation between man and nature,

opening up of tian men (acupuncture point)

Heaven (sky), Earth and Man

In the Chinese view of the world, mankind is seen as

living in between Heaven (sky) and Earth. The
energies and influences of Heaven, and those of
Earth intermingle within human beings in a dynamic
balance. To put it simply, the air we breathe (coming
from Heaven) and the food we eat (coming from the
Earth), combine in us to produce energy necessary
for life. The body is seen as the dynamic centre for
this interchange. Thus, Nature (Heaven and Earth)
and men are one whole complete body, they are
interlinked.

Time, Nature and Man

--

Ancients said, Nature and man originated from one qi

(hunyuan qi). This is the important content of the classic
theory of nature and man as one entirety.

The Chinese words for universe is yu zhou. Yu refers to

space and zhou is the time. Time can be the past,
present and future.

View of Yu Zhou (universe)

The holistic theory of hunyuan (hunyuan zheng ti li lun)
believes that yu zhou is the result of the hunhua
(interaction) of space and time into one completeness,
is the complete state of the hunyuan qi in the universe
and its changes, in time there is no beginning and no
end, in space there is no boundary and limit.

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

Everything in the universe (including the mindset of

human) is hunyuan qi manifested in different forms.
The changes of everything in the universe are due to
changes in the hunyuanti (hunyuan body) in different
stages and with different contents.

Heaven (sky) qi falls downward and earth qi rises

upward are a natural behavior (rhythm).

Old people do not like to live on high floors because they

will be away from the ground and qi cannot rise.

Exuberance of life is due to four words: sheng (rise),

jiang (fall), kai (open) and he (close). Push and pull in tui
rou is also a form of kai he.
These four words can actually be represented by just two
words namely kai he since rise and fall are just a form of
open and close.

In the hunyuan medical science, the sicknesses of

mankind are due to abnormalities in the movements of
hunyuan qi. These movements are kai (open), he
(close), chu (out), ru (in), ju (concentrate), san
(disperse), hua (transformation).

Human body is also a universe

- .

Sun and moon can be represented by left and right eyes.

Middle/centre of man, breathe in is the sky and breathe
out is earth.

Qian gua (sky trigram) represents front yin, hui yin and
back yin the three openings on the bottom part of our
body.

Kun gua (earth trigram) represents eyes, nose and ears.

11

Tai gua

Tai gua (Tai hexagram) is the no 11 gua (hexagram) of

sixty four gua of I-ching. This hexagram is represented
by Kun trigram (earth) at the top and qian trigram (sky) at

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

the bottom. This mean earth has risen and sky has gone
down meaning they have met (merged), very smooth.
This is a good gua.

Tongue on the upper palate, sky and Earth and man

merge together, bridging the gap (between ren meridian
and du meridian)

Human body is also a universe system.

Do not be stuck in the form.

Kong (emptiness) heaven and earth are empty, human

body is also empty.

Wang xing yi yang qi - practice the form to perfection so

that you can forget about (or are not bothered by) the
form is a high level of practice, the form is then no longer
important. If you are just bothered by the form, only
thinking about whether the form is correct or not and do
not feel or observe qi, then your shen (mind) and qi will
be trapped by the form.

Different levels of practice, at different times will give rise

to different types of changes.

The phrase wang xing yi yang qi is from the Taoist book

named Hua Shu (book of changes), written by Yang
Shao of Tang Dynasty.

When practicing qigong, leave a space (in the mind) to

allow qi to enter (do not think of the sickness, just think
of the location of the sickness)

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

When practicing qigong, can utter the following

incantation to get rid of sickness evil.
qing jing shen xin (purify the mind and body),
guang zhao wo shen (light is shining on my body),
hunyuan lai zhu (hunyuan comes to stay),
po chu mo jun (get rid of the army of sickness evils)

1
2

Zhao (shine) is better than guan (pour)

One Method for the opening of tian men(sky gate):

1. First do kai he (open and close)
2. Lift up the qi to the top of the head, use second and
middle fingers to point at tian men until hui yin
3. Use sound wave (utter hong, when reaches about
two third of the time, tip of the tongue press
upward).

When tian men is opened, the top of the head may

shake.

See the diagram opposite. Tian men is the elliptical

shape on the top of the head.

Tian men is linked to the big brain. If tian men is open,

we can better collect hunyuan qi from the universe to
nourish shen (mind), our extraordinary capability may
show up or be strengthened.

Quiet Method of Practice (Opening And Closing

Of Middle Meridian)

Opening of zhong mai

Zhong (centre) is the origin of everything in the universe.

Human zhong mai is the main meridian running from
bai hui to hui yin (it is the main meridian).

From tan zhong to fingertips are the upper limb zhong

mai.

From hui yin to yong quan then to the tips of the toes are
the lower limb zhong mai.

In san xin bing zhan zhuang, the precepts ding xin

xiang xia gui dantian (think of bai hui think of lower
dantian), jiao xin xiang shang gui dantian (think of yong
quan think of dantian), shou xin xiang nei gui dantian
(think of laogong think of dantian) involves the zhong
mai.

As long as the zhong mai is in good shape, all the other

glands will be in good condition.

When practice qigong, murmur these words, Kong Lan

Lai Li . It is a different level. These words mean the
purest qi from the middle of vast boundless emptiness
(universe) comes to the inside of my body, my body is
also an emptiness.

(
)

This precept can be used at the same time as the eight

precepts (insert in between shen yi zhao ti and zhou
shen rong rong) and can help practitioners to better
withdraw their yinian (mind) from the universe, and
further improve the harmonious state between man and
nature, collect hunyuan qi from the universe into the
body and lay a good foundation for the following
practice.

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

The effect of this precept is partly from the sound

vibration and partly from the meaning of the words.

Wo Gu (solid grip)

Wo gu can make the bones harder, meridians softer and

smooth.

Visualize relax from bai hui to hui yin. If you have weak
bones and weak ligaments do wo gu. So do wo gu more
often.

The ancients believed that this gesture can solidify

jing and collect shen (spirit), thereby have the effect
of getting rid of evil spirits and prolong lives. Ancients
said: Gu Luo Jing Rou Er Wo Gu meaning if you
have weak bones and weak ligaments do wo gu.

New born babies often instinctively protect themselves

by clenching their fists like wo gu to calm their souls.

()

Method of doing wo gu
The thumb press on the centre of the palm with the
thumb tip on the base of the fourth finger, then bend the
other four fingers to grip the thumb firmly with slight
force. Why the thumb presses on the base of the fourth
finger? The ancients believe that this is the place where
liver spirit is located.

(see the picture opposite)

8

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

When practice quiet method (meditation)

When practice quiet method (meditation), the centre of
the palms face upward and each thumb press on zhong
gui or fingers of both hands cross each other, and then
place the palms on the thighs. Relax the mind and not
focus on something. You can imagine and appreciate the
state of mind of the poet, Su Dong Po of Northern Song
Dynasty, when he wrote the following poem.

Ji shou tian zhong tian

(Praying respectfully to Buddha),
Hao guang zhao da qian
(His tiny ray of light is shining the universe);
Ba feng cui bu dong
(He cannot be moved by eight winds),
Tuan zuo zi jin lian
(He is sitting upright on a golden lotus flower).

ji shou means praying very respectfully;

tian zhong tian tian (sky) is respected by human,

Buddha is respected by the sky, therefore Buddha is

named tian zhong tian (sky within sky)

hao guang zhao da qian Buddhas light of

compassion and moral is shining the universe.

Ba feng refers to the eight sayings of other people or

incidents which can affect ones emotions namely praise,

ridicule, destruction, reputation, gain, loss, bitterness and
happiness. These eight happenings are the sum of the
success and failure of a person. There is one person
who is not moved by these eight happenings and he is
Buddha.

Tuan zuo zi jin lian, means Buddha have reached

9

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

enlightenment, clear all his doubts, so he cannot be

moved by external factors and solemnly and calmly
sitting on the purple lotus flower.

27/11/2011

Another method of collecting qi is as follows:

Both palms facing upward and draw circles by moving
from back, outward (side), front, inward (side).

27/11/2011 Morning

Exchange of experiences, effects, questions and

answers and conclusion.

Use of sound in Zhineng Qigong.

The entirety/completeness of sound

Yin shen (spirit of sound) clear and leisurely
Yin po (the soul of sound) like muddy sky
Yin rong (appearararnce of sound) soft and pretty
Yin is sound from deep inside, penetration power is
strong. Sheng is sound from the mouth. Yin and sheng
combine together will be stronger.

With the blessing of heaven, good

fortune and happiness will follow.
As Zhineng Qigong practitioners, we
should han yang dao de (cultivate good
moral) the meaning of han yang daode
in Zhineng Qigong is different from that
in religion, han yang (the ability to
control oneself; self-restraint), zhi zhi
(gain knowledge) and li xing (work hard).

Analyze the word dao

as an ideogram.

The top two strokes represent two eyes, the word

below is self, sitting on a boat, and the stroke in
between is one (), means one-minded, i.e.
concentrate.
10

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

There is an ancient saying: tian de yi er qing

(Heaven got one and becomes one), di de yi er
ning (Earth got one and becomes peaceful), wan
wu de yi chang yang (other objects got one to
nourish other objects), ren de yi er sheng (human
got one and becomes saint). In Zhineng Qigong,
one here is hunyuan qi.

Yuan De Zai Wu
Should be Hou De Zai Wu.

This phrase comes from the old classics Zhou Yi:

Gentlemen use high moral values to carry things
meaning use high moral values to educate people
and benefit objects. Tsinghua Universitys motto is
always be self-reliance, use great moral value to
accommodate objects (including people).

Five Blessings
Five blessings refer to longevity, wealth, good health in
body and mind, good morals, good death.
'Longevity' is not dying early but lingering long life.
'Wealth' is being rich with plenty of money and high
social status.
'Good health in mind and body' is being in good
health and peace of mind.
'Good morals' is benevolent character, generous and
peaceful.
'Good death' is to be able to know in advance their dates
of death. Before death, does not meet any unexpected
calamity, no body pain due to sickness,
no worries, serene and comfortably leave the world.

Of the five blessings, the most important is the

fourth blessing - "good morals." Because good morals is
the fundamental reasons for the blessings, the other
blessings are the manifestations of good morals. With
good morals, charitable and love to give to
others, extensively accumulate hidden virtues, then only

11

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

can we cultivate the other four blessings and make them

grow continuously.

Ancient peoples three phrases emphasize the

importance of good morals in gigong practice:
ji shan cheng gong (accumulate good deeds lead to
success),
ji jing cheng shen (accumulate jing to become god),
shen cheng xian shou (becoming god can lead to long
life like angels).
Before practice qigong, develop good moral values first,
when nourish qi must right the heart. Confucius followers
before Qing dynasty combine the moral values of sincerity
with practice of qigong, this has enormous influence on the
practice of qigong in the later years.
In a Taoist classic, it was said, ji shan cheng gong
(accumulate good deeds lead to success), ji jing cheng
shen (accumulate jing to become god), shen cheng xian
shou (after become god become long life like angels), treat
this as the body treasure.

Emphasis on doing good deeds and collecting good qi

(jing). The higher the moral values the purer the qi.

People who can live longer because they have
accumulated good morals and good deeds.
Q: How long can qi be stored inside our body?
A: Qi can be stored in the body for the whole life or
disappear immediately.
Practice devoutly.

12

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

Nourish (qi) respectfully.

We will gain by being sincere and respectful.

In some religions, people to pray to images because it is

easy to imagine/visualize. Hunyuan qi is formless and
imageless, but it is everywhere.
Dark particles are the subject of of research in modern
sciences. These are like the message component of
hunyuan qi.
If we can get Dao, it will be helpful to us.
Bring the qi home, with diligence. People with the same
mindset, their qi will be interconnected. Inject the qi into
the home, use anti-clockwise to gather the qi.
Q: When I practice qigong, my heart beat is bigfast, and
there is glaring light.
A: 1. This could be because the qi was very strong, the
heart cannot adjust. It does not matter, it is just a
different level. It is absolutely not because it is bad.
Qi can be controlled by the mind, enter a higher
level.
2. Everybody will see some light, the degree of light is
different, colour is different. Slightly close your
eyes.

Q: How do I know I have kai ding?

A: Kai ding is to help the interchange of qi (inside and

outside the body.

Q: Kai ding can be maintained for how long?

A: This depends on your own inner strength. Your mind
can move lots of objects, lots of objects can be
moved by your mind.
Q: When practice san xin bing zhan zhuang, how
should be the posture be?
A: Dantian (in between the two kidneys), effect on gall
bladder meridian, armpit should be empty, centre of
gravity of the body should not be at the heels, body
lean slightly forward.

Master Zhao sharing her Zhineng Qigong practices

and her personal miraculous experiences.

Before she started practicing qigong, she was seriously

ill, her brother advised her to practice qigong. At first she

did not believe that practicing qigong can cure sickness

so she went to hospital for treatment. After some major

surgery, the doctor also could not cure her and advised
her to go home (wait to die).

She was a wheelchair bound paralyzed patient, but she

completely recovered after one month of practicing
Zhineng Qigong. She is very grateful to Zhineng Qigong
and pledged to sacrifice her whole life for Zhineng
Qigong. After diligently practiced Zhineng Qigong, she
has developed extraordinary capability/intelligence, and
carried out experiments on herself and her own son on
the development of extraordinary capability/intelligence.

If qi does not flow (in the body), it will stay (stagnant),

and this causes sickness.
The words Zhineng Qigong could mean,
1. The qigong practice which can cure sickness, and
2. The Qigong that can produce intelligence.
She is convinced that it is both.

Practice To Achieve Extraordinary Capabilities

And Intelligence

Methods of Practice to achieve extraordinary

capability/intelligence:

Regulate qi and fa qi (transmit qi) are extraordinary

capabilities --- extra over ordinary peoples capabilities.
He shou long tou and ping zu kai gua and peng qi are
also methods which can enhance intelligence.

Start from human beings and nature undergoing hunhua

(interaction), then go through four levels.

We can liken peng qi to water, I am a container. By doing

peng qi I fill up the container with qi. The size of
container depends on me (my mind). If I imagine the
container is like ocean, since ocean cannot be full, there
is no end in learning peng qi.

Peng qi is the best method for curing disease,

extraordinary intelligence is the fundamental. If practice
well we can achieve a very high state.

alpha
alpha

We have to empty our mind then only we can fill it up.

First clear out distracting (complex) matters, regulate the
brain waves so that they are like the same waves in
emptiness (universe), (alpha) rays. If the brain is full of
qi, ray will show up.

15

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

In order to have abundance of qi, especially abundance

of qi in yiyuanti, we should directly collect the most
primitive hunyuan qi in the nature to nourish the yiyuanti.
The following are two methods to produce abundance of
qi in yiyuanti.

Yiyuanti refers to the fusion of hunyuan qi of human

neural cells (mainly brain cells) to form a special form
of hunyuan qi, which has holographic, reflective,
memory, proactive, search, independence and other
characteristics. This special form of hunyuan qi
enables us to have abstract conceptions and to
apply the conception for thinking.

1. yin tian he jing qi ju wo Kunlun draw/ lead the qi

from the galaxy into my Kunlun.

By murmuring these words together with the mind, we

can collect the primitive hunyuan qi in the nature to
nourish yiyuanti, as a foundation for the development of
1 1.5
extraordinary intelligence. Tian he is the galaxy. Ancient
people believed that water of galaxy is the most primitive

and purest qi, it can be converted into all things in the

universe. jing qi is the purest qi. Kunlun is around
15mm in front of bai hui and 1.5 inches deep inside.
Repeat murmuring these words, visualize hunyuan qi

from the galaxy is continuously being gathered inside the

head.

Method:

To practice this method, we can either sit or stand.

(ynyn) Visualize in the middle of galaxy, there is a state of

emptiness, which is hard to describe. When the mind

experiences this type of emptiness, raise the hands in

the shape of tian jian jue (see below) to the front and
top of the head, and withdraw the hands toward the head
at the same time murmur the words yin tian he jing qi ju
wo Kunlun. The word yin should start with first tone
then third tone (ynyn), when murmur first tone think
of the centre of galaxy, when turn to third tone, think of
kunlun.

16

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

Murmur these words can cause inside of Kunlun to have

a vibratory feeling, to merge with the feeling of state of

emptiness, then gather qi into this centre. It is a very

effective method of collecting and gathering qi.
1
To form "Tian jian jue" gesture:
Bend the fourth and fifth fingers of the right hand toward
the centre of the palm, with the tip of the finger touching
laogong, the tip of the second finger touches the middle
of the base of the nail of the middle finger. Do the same
to the left hand fingers. Then the second and middle
fingers of the right hand press on the nails of the fourth
and fifth fingers of the left hand. The thumb of the left
hand press on the last section of the second and middle
fingers of the right hand and the nail of the second finger,
the thumb of the right hand press on the centre of the
line of the wrist of the left hand (da ling acupuncture
point).

2. zhi jiao hu xi fa - Right angle breathing method

This is also a practice method which can produce
abundance of qi. A kind of comprehensive method to
strengthen yiyuantis selection and cognitive/
identification ability.
To practice this method, we can stand, sit or lie down.

12

When breathe in, visualize qi goes in from yintang

horizontally inward into the intersection point with the line
from baihui vertically down, stop for a short while,
visualize qi rotate in a small circle; when breathe out, the
mind guide the qi upward, and out from tianmen.
Then breathe in, visualize qi enters from tianmen
vertically down into the intersection point with the line
from yintang horizontally inward, stop for a short while,
visualize qi rotate in a small circle; when breathe out, the
mind guide the qi to the front, and out from yintang. (see

17

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

the figure opposite)

In this way, yinian (visualization) undergoes one to and

fro process, do two breathing cycles. Breathing should

be even and deep, after breathed in, stay at the

intersection point for a short while, but do not hold your
breath.

Also the breathing can be done with the hands doing

pressing and releasing movements, i.e. the middle finger
of one hand press on the yintang and the middle finger of
the other hand on baihui. When qi enters yintang or
baihui, the corresponding finger presses (not too hard),

and when qi exits from yintang or baihui, the

corresponding finger releases.
When practicing peng qi guan ding fa, after doing lift qi
and pour qi, we can insert this breathing practice
method.
This practice method is good for clearing the route for
receiving information and for producing abundant of qi in
the part receiving information, in general after practicing
for several months can produce the results.

The knacks in practicing zhineng qigong

People like to listen to lies, the truth is usually not nice to

hear. Practicing Qigong is not an easy road to take.

The Knacks in practicing qigong are

more practice
cultivate good moral values, upgrade

Xiu (upgrade) upgrade mindset practice

Merge what is beneficial to oneself with what is beneficial
to others, be conscious of words and deeds whether they
are conducive to other people.
If you have more qi it is like you have more wealth.
Practicing qigong is not just about method, cultivation of
18

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

good moral values is also very is essential.

The knacks in practice methods

2.1
2.1

1. Eight precepts is a knack

Effect: to enter Qigong state
2. Relax the waist
2.1 three centre merge - it is essential to drop the
coccyx.
2.2 Wall squatting (dun qiang).
Effect: the waist is the hub where qi undergoing
transformation, can reduce qi reaction

3. Eye exercise

Effects: mental concentration, collect shen guang (light

with mindset).
The best is just to keep a ray of light, look inside the
head.

4. Reciting the eight precepts

hunyuan ling tong, tian tan xu wu

Effect: To eliminate distractions

To give oneself good hints
To strengthen the qi transformation in the
internal organs
To strengthen the open and close of qi
movements

(ancient scholars were also qigong masters, they also

used words which can produce qi movements like
practicing qigong)
5. The knacks in the use of mindset
Think of the emptiness (universe)
Effect: there is unlimited energy in the deep blue sky
Can cause people to be calm/quiet
Can make people to relax
It is a superior method in traditional qigong

19

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

We should have more merging with the qi in the universe

6.the knacks is opening of the mind
Gently breath in through the nose tip until the centre of
the head, collect the beast message.
7. Pull qi
Do pull qi while the body is lying down has better effect,
stronger qi feeling (armrest on the ribcage)
8. Direct the mind to the origin
Like in a confused state, I merge with the abundant of
hunyuan qi of Nature. Having this state of mind is a
training method going to the fundamental.
9. The knacks in enhancing the practice and healing
learn more about the theories
practice more often
Create mindset. The use of mindset is an
achievement.
If you have gallstones, eat pig's legs, to help dispel the
crushed stones. (crushed by sending qi)

26/11/2011 morning Lecture by Master Qi Xiaolong

How To Practice Well, Cure Disease

If we can practice well, disease can heal itself.

Qigong is not directly healing the disease, qigong treat
the whole body, not specifically treating a disease, it is
aiming at the whole body. The aim is to restore a
persons health, balance and harmony at all levels
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual by stimulating
the bodys own self-healing powers.
Modern medicine is treating part of a body. Western
doctors are accustomed to thinking diseases as more or
less specific entities. Therefore, they tend to judge the
20

MY Zhineng Qigong Camp 2011

effectiveness of therapy in similar terms it works if it

gets rid of the disease.
Qigong look at the whole body, practice to make the qi in
the whole body to be in abundance, normal, the
regulation/ adjustment is overall, then the sick part of the
body can be healed. It deals with qi of the whole body.

How to practice qigong well.

1. Have the correct understanding of qigong

Qigong is a science. It has its own theories, do not

use modern scientific theories to evaluate it.

Practice Qigong is to enhance the level of human

life, curing sickness is just a by-product. Just like the
gifts given for purchasing.
(Modern science is dealing with part of the whole
body, the sum of all the parts is not equal to the

2. Establish a strong belief and confidence

Confidence and belief can produce powerful force.

How to build up confidence and belief?
Learn the theories, more practice
Use of mindset must come from the deep layer of
our mind/brain. Like your lover makes you angry,
you cannot eat and cannot sleep. If friends make
you angry, you may just give some advice,
not from the deep layer of your mind.
Importance to respect the theories and
teachers, merge into the qi field.
Respect others is actually respect oneself,
make oneself calm, inner stability, peaceful,
does not produces dramatic changes in form and
qi.
Believe the qi field, then we can receive more
information, intangible information is the essence
of things, information in the qi field. Not that the
teacher require students respect, it is because

being respectful is for their own benefit.

3.

Should be gradual and orderly

First practice to become skilful so that you do not
have to bother about the movements.
Practice the movements like there seem to have
and seem not to have no any movements, like
there is and like there is none.
Let the mind penetrates into the body to observe.
Relax, calm/quiet, be natural.
Relax - physical relaxation, after undergone
excessive tension, we can relax.
Calm/quiet calm spiritually.
Be natural, body posture natural, mindset
natural, qi also natural. Dont bother about them.
Mind natural, naturally merge together with the qi
and mind.
Establish a qigong mindset, live in the moment.
Establish qigong mindset/awareness, use qigong
to realize your aspirations, all the other as the
base/ foothold.
Do qigong practice movements/posture in
everyday life, inject qigong mindset into daily
activities, always live in qigong state.

4. Love qi as if it is your life, cherish yourself.

Do not simply waste energy, do not waste qi.
