Im an experienced Electrical Engineer who has participated as a team member in
commercial & industrial projects from the design stages to contract documents & supervising
the same through its execution phases. As a graduate with around 3 years of experience, I
have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see

SCOPE OF WORK:

Manage the Machine Breakdown Conformance

Plan & Schedule Preventive Maintenance & implement it accordingly.
Updated, Authored, and implemented comprehensive maintenance, safety
program & work instructions which were implemented company wide.
Maintained & updated stock of different critical spares of production lines,
negotiated with both with Local & International Suppliers based in Europe &
the U.S.; right from quotation comparisons till the delivery & payment of the
parts.
Train & guide the technical team in terms of usage & maintenance of New
Machines.
Utilized troubleshooting publications to solve problems, interpret blueprints,
schematics, manuals and requirements for various mechanical and electrical
processes.
Carry out Risk Assessments and consider how risks could be reduced.
Lead in-house training with employees on the shop floor about health and
safety issues and risks.
Keep records of Safety Inspection Findings and Produce Reports that Suggest
Improvements to Managers.
Managing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and ensuring the targets
of various KPIs associated to it are achieved.
Monitor, anticipate and correct utility consumption trends in order to regulate
the direct cost of manufacturing.
Implement and Manage annual leave plan of the team, to minimize impact on
productivity and output.
