STATUTORY APPROVAL AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Prior to mobilization and starting of work, the Contractor shall obtain approval from the relevant local authority.
The list below is the activities that require statutory approval. Approval can be obtained from the relevant local
or federal statutory bodies.
