1. How much do the items cost?
Please send us an email message for the complete pricelists. For custom order quotations, email your specifications to
alunsinahandboundbooks@gmail.com.
2. How do I pay for my order?
After sending us an email message of the filled-out ORDER FORM, you will receive a QUOTATION FORM with our account details where
you can deposit the payment. Weve selected payments via Banco De Oro (BDO), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) bank deposit and
PayPal because they're easier to track online, making processing and production of orders more efficient.
PayPal payments require an additional 4.4% transaction fee + PhP15 fixed fee.
3. Do I also have to pay for the shipping costs?
Yes, buyer will shoulder the shipping fee. We deliver door-to-door via Xend Express (Metro Manila and international first base) and LBC
(provincial-Philippines).

regular journals.

Deliveries take 1 to 3 days from day of pickup by Xend personnel. Delivery holidays every Sunday. We will send you an email
notification w/ the waybill reference number a day before ship-out.

Your package will be delivered via Xend Express-Singapore Post-USPS in 7-15 business days from day your order was completed.
4. Are all your products readily available?
Most of the journals are made-to-order, but we do try to build stocks in our workspace. If you need an item as soon as possible, send
us a query and we'll check for the item's availability.
5. How soon can you complete an order?
Because we do everything by hand, were asking for up to 14 business days lead time from date of payment for the completion and
delivery of your order.
To avoid internet scammers, we only start production after a payment/deposit had been made on our bank/PayPal accounts.
Should you need the journals right away, you may purchase them from the following stores, which carry our select creations:

us.
