2.The financial results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2015 &
31st March 2014 are balancing figures between audited results for
the full financial year and the published year to date figures up to
the third quarter of the financial year.
3.The Board of Directors has recommended a Dividend @ 10% on
Equity and Preference Shares for the Financial Year 2014-15
4.The Company operates only in one business segment viz
Textile Yarn.
5. Previous year/ quarter figures have been re-grouped/ re-cast
wherever necessary to make them comparable.
