necessary overhead. So, helped the team to focus on

• Existing product was maintained using traditional PMI
techniques. But, these processes were dismal failures
when we were tasked with converting the existing
product to C# .net with new features. In response, the
organization introduced and successfully utilized Scrum
and Agile to meet customer and stakeholder
expectations.
• Day-to-day activities included negotiating with the
Program Director, Product Manager, Sales and Marketing
and the Development Team, tracking project status,
issues, change requests, defects, procurement status
and project risks using 15 minute stand-up meetings
with the cross-functional teams, preparing
presentations for the clients, executive team, project
team and the company employees, immediate escalation of
critical issues requiring Executive oversight.
• Held responsibility for the project management of new
product features for Hospital and Physician Software
Products which provided better service for the
patients.
• Implemented a project approach that used the creation
of cross-functional teams by logical grouping of
features. The teams included the Project Sponsor,

• Responsible for three Programs, gathering client
requirements in a use case format while acting the role
of a business analyst, product manager and project
manager. This was in addition to two high visibility,
high risk, high value projects utilizing emerging
methodologies and technologies like Agile, WiFi Roaming
and Settlement in a B2B Model and a B2C Model.
• Day-to-day activities included: status reports; risk
reviews; change request evaluations, issue resolutions,
escalation, defect report analysis, root cause
analysis, implementing approved change requests. The
team consisted of 15 direct and 60 indirect reports
including an architect, development team, operations
team and system test team. Operations included billing,
online activations of PDAs; monitoring and providing
technical support to the Call Centers, creation of
financial reports, transmitting financial data to the
customer’s financial systems, and reconciling
differences during our monthly close between our
Billing System Accounts Receivables and the Clients
Receivable Reports.
