pressure start. *After starting the decrease of pressure, the initial boiling

Auto-vacuum function controls the unit based on the automatically detected
boilling point and enhances solvent recovery rate significantly.
Built-in vacuum and vapor temperature controllers available as standard.
The sample flask can be moved up & down by motor-lift.
Rotation speed, vapor temperature and vacuum pressure are controlled by
microprocessor and digitally displayed.
Two operation modes are available; Auto mode which starts and stops
concentration operation automatically, and Manual mode which operates
under the preset conditions.
6 kinds of glassware are available that suits best for experiment requirement.
NE-1101 is equipped with a bath for heat range from 20C to 180C by using
water and oil.
The heating bath can be separated from the control base for bath cleaning.

Simply attach to rotary joint. Innovative bumping prevention is attained by focusing on the principle of bumping. Teflon-made caps can be used for all sorts of solvents. Please use suitable adaptor for different diameter (this cap is only for rotary
joint 29).

The valve equipped to the top of Cap closes before bumping occurs as a
result of a difference in pressure between cooler side and sample flask
side, and opens when pressure difference is eliminated.
Applying the steam to the hemisphere part makes inside the flask wellconvected and prevents the bumping as a handy way. Suitable for the
substance with relatively weak bumping force.
Glass filter (G3) mitigates the sudden change in pressure and prevents the
bumping. This is also effective in preventing the spread of powder droplets
when drying crystal samples etc.

Vacuum controller, Condenser, Waste liquid collecting trap (bottle), Recovery
flask and Exhaust gas absorber cartridge are compactly integrated in one
unit.
Complicated pressure setting is not necessary. Normal control allows to
change the set pressure value anytime. Auto-control starts the control
corresponding with the vapor temperature (vapor sensor is option). Program
control memorizes the proper vacuum rate of 10 versions of typical regulated
solvents.
Excellent corrosion resistance is achieved by using solenoid valve of Teflon
diaphragm and sensor which is anti-corrosive to organic solvents.

the efficiency of process development of new reactions and catalysis, examination

Individual setting of the temperature for each position enables examining by
5 types of temperature conditions simultaneously, allowing to achieve the most
effective synthesis route.
PPS-1510 and PPS-2510 are also equipped with reflux and gas exchange
functions required for organic synthesis, in addition to temperature control and
stirring. Synthesis scale can be changed by changing the aluminium blocks.
There are such options available for post-processing, e.g. a set of operations

Two built-in individual temperature controllers (from room temperature to 200C.
Four synthesis reactors can be controlled at two different temperatures.
The designed maximum operation pressure is up to 20MPa, but only the
flammable gas to <1MPa.
Individual pressure control.
Pressure gauge and two needle valves (for pressurizing and relief) are equipped
for each of four reaction vessels. The pressure of each vessel can be controlled
and measured individually.
By removing the connection, sampling can be done before and after conducting
the reaction. Also, it is possible to add and extract sample under inert gas flow.
Excess reaction is controlled by the cooling cartridge. This cartridge cools
down the reaction vessels quickly after completing a polymerization reaction
and prevents excess reaction. Also, if excessive heat is generated by a catalyst
reactions, etc., it can suppress the heat.
The cooling cartridge can be inserted from each side of the unit.
By using a rare earth magnetic stirrer, highly viscous sample can be mixed well.

Motor overload protection function is incorporated as an over-current protection
circuit. When the circuit is over-current, motor automatically stops.

Rotation speed can be set to desired value. Slow-up function prevents overload
caused by sudden rotation speed increase. Rotation speed change during

The stirring wing (impeller) is made of PTFE and the stirring rod (shaft) is made
