1. Price are : - valid if the sub-floor condition are flat and dry, according to the DALTON Installation Guide.
- ex. Jakarta (within Jakarta area zipcode mentioned in http://kodepos.posindonesia.co.id).
2. Disclaime - any installation done by other party may affect to the void of DALTON warranty package.
- any delivery and installation in the area outside Jakarta is subject to additional cost.
- any variable in quantity should be checked & reviewed by all party inolved prior to the Contract Signing.
- a lower quantity in final Order may resulting a higher freight cost, thus the material Unit Price.
- any needs upon the Maintenance Stock is within the buyer discretion, and should be reviewed prior order.
- should the USD rate is higher than the above mentioned upper limit on the payment date,
we claim the right to re-adjust the above quoted price accordingly.
- the use of flat rate upon the dealt price can be accepted only when fix date Payment Schedule applied.
- ANY NEGOTIATION UPON THE QUANTITY & TERMS SHOULD BE IN AGREEMENTS PRIOR TO PRICE NEGOTIATIO
3. Facilities that should be provided by the employer are : security, electricity, lighting, water sources, on site store room, elevator.
4. The Income Tax Regulation (PPh) chapter 23 for Construction Service,could only be charged on Installation Cost, and the tax slip
should be sent to us by the end of the same month written in the mentioned slip.
5. The above quantity are : - based on the material needed, according to the information :
Estimation upon the real site measurement by DALTON INDONESIA, and approved by buyer
6. The wastages, therefore, are on the employer expenses.
7. Terms of payment,
MATERIAL ONLY,
- 50% Down Payment, due 7-14 DAYs upon the receiving of Invoice.
Lower Down Payment could only be accepted with the balance payment upon BoL presentation.
- 30% Before Delivery to Site.
- 20% Monthly Progress.
INSTALLATION ONLY,
- 50% Down Payment, due 7-14 DAYs upon the receiving of Invoice.
Lower Down Payment could only be accepted with the balance payment upon BoL presentation.
- 50% after installation complete, due 30 DAYs upon the receiving of Invoice.
Lower Payment could only be accepted upon the buyer acceptance on weekly progress payment.
The installation here was planned to starts as latest as 1 week upon the Material Arrival Hand Over signed.
Should be any delay due site readyness, DALTON claims the rights for weekly progress payment.
8. Delivery time : Indent 10 - 12 weeks
AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DOWN PAYMENT ALREADY RECEIVED.
Order prior to Down Payment received could only be processed upon Written Commitment from the buyer
for the Payment Realization Date.
9. This quotation valids until end of Dec 2014.
10. Terms for cancellation : - no order cancellation can be accepted upon the receiving of Down Payment.
11. Terms allowance : - all terms are negotiable within the comfort of each party.
- all negotiated and approved terms should be certified and signed by both parties.
- such approved terms therefore should be absorbed as part of the Works Contract.
- any delay from both parties on the fulfillment of the terms may be resulting an earlier notified penalty.
- such penalty should be amicably discussed & accepted by both parties prior the purchasing contract signed.
