Abstract
Our research are regarding on parking problem in UTM KL during weekend classes.
This Proposal study intends to determine the parking problem occur due to parking lot
in UTM are limited but number of students are keep increasing and effect to the
students due to not enough parking lots. Our respondents especially are students and
staffs. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that cause the problems
of not enough the parking lot, to rectify the effect of having this problem to students
and to recommend solution to overcome the parking problems in UTM KL during
weekend classes. This research will help students not to frustrated and feel lazy to
class, parking will be smoothly and no traffic congested and this research also will
help UTM management to make appreciate changes in parking systems. In order to
plan, initially its essential to have information. Thus, planning has to be dependent on
surveys so we use the methodology for data collection as our concept which we will
use questionnaire as primary data and secondary data pertaining summons as
secondary data that was issued by security department due to double layer parking, no
sticker or overdue sticker and parking in restricted parking lots. Base on the results
from survey we will make summaries and forwarded this proposal to the UTM
security department for further actions.

complete this report on this semester.
We would like to thanks all the parties who have given the co-operation to our group
in writing this project report. We are sincerely grateful to my lecturer, Madam Johanna
for her continuous support and guidance in this project. She has set a high standard for
conduct of this study and her valuable suggestion and guidance has provided to our
group the motivation needed to complete this project report.
We also thank my family and friends for their support and encouragement. Their
encouragement provided the often-need motivation for me to push through the time.
