GOSPEL OF THE WATER AND THE SPIRIT

Jesus’ baptism took away all our sins, and our

faith in it guarantees that we will receive the indwelling of

the

Holy Spirit. Anyone who believes in the words of this

beautiful

gospel becomes a member of the church, which is a

possession

of the Lord, and enjoys the blessings of the Holy Spirit.

The

Holy Spirit is a gift from God to those who have been

forgiven for their sins.

History of the Church said that there was no

Christmas for the first two centuries in the early

church. The early church Christians along with Jesus’

Apostles had only commemorated January 6th as

“the Day of Jesus’ Baptism” at the Jordan by John

the Baptist. Why did they lay such a great emphasis

on Jesus’ baptism in their beliefs? The answer is the

very key to the Christianity of Apostolic tradition.

But I hope for you not to be confused with the water

baptism of believers and the Baptism of Jesus.

The baptism of believers as it exists today has a

very different meaning from the baptism Jesus

received from John. Therefore, we should all have

the same faith as Jesus’ disciples

It was after Jesus’ resurrection, His disciples

received the Holy Spirit and became children and

apostles of the light. The light of the Holy Spirit is a

great blessing to all and therefore most people wish

to receive the Holy Spirit..

The word “baptism” implies “to be washed” or “to be

buried.

” Jesus’ baptism by John

was an act of redemption to take away the sins of all

the people in the world.

The Bible speaks of an offering that once resulted

in forgiveness for a day’s sins. A sinner had to bring

an animal without blemish and lay his hands on the

animal’s head in order to pass on his sins. Then he had

to kill the sacrifice and hand its blood to the priest.

And the priest took some of the animal’s blood and

put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offerings and

poured the remainder at the base of the alter.

In this way, he could be forgiven for a day’s sins.

The laying on of hands was the way for a sinner to

pass on his sins to the sacrifice. Those who offered

their sacrifices in accordance with the sacrificial

system could receive forgiveness for their sins. The

sacrificial system was the way we atoned for our sins

in the time before Jesus took away all sin.

God also had appointed the Day of Atonement so

that the people of Israel could make atonement for

the sins committed over the course of an entire year.

The sacrifice took place on the tenth day of the

seventh month. God appointed Aaron, the high priest,

as the one who passed on the year’s sins of all

Israelites to the scapegoat. The ritual was carried out

in accordance with God’s plan. The forgiveness of

sins came from His wisdom and love for mankind.

This is His power.

“The horns of the altar of burnt offering” stands

for “the Books of Judgment” (Revelation 20:12),

where the sins of mankind are recorded. The reason

the priest put the blood of the sin offering on the

horns of the altar of burnt offerings was to erase the

names and their transgressions written in the Book of

Judgment. The blood is the life of all flesh. The

sacrifice took away the Israelite’s sins and the

scapegoat was killed to pay the wages of sin. God

had them kill a sacrificial animal to accept the

judgment for their sins. This was a sign of His

wisdom and love for us.

Jesus Christ came to this world as an offering for

sin in order to accomplish God’s plan. Jesus took

away the sins of the world through His sacrifice. If

we look at the words of this promise, we see, “Yet it

pleased the LORD to bruise Him; he has put Him to

grief” or “He took away the sin of the world.”.....

“‘And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall

call His name JESUS, for He will save His people

from their sins.’ So all this was done that it might be

fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the

prophet” (Matthew 1:21-22).

Jesus’ baptism has the same significance as the

laying on of hands, which was the method of passing

sins on to the sin offering in the Old Testament. “Aaron shall lay both
his hands on the head of the

live goat, confess over it all the iniquities of the

children of Israel, and all their transgression,

concerning all their sins, putting them on the head of

the goat, and shall send it away into the wilderness

by the hand of a suitable man. The goat shall bear on

itself all their iniquities to an uninhabited land; and

he shall release the goat in the wilderness”

(Leviticus 16:21-22).

In the Old Testament, a sinner laid his hands on the

head of a sin offering and passed his sins on to it in

order to be forgiven. And on the Day of Atonement,

Aaron the high priest, as the representative of all

Israelites, laid his hands on the head of the sacrifice to

pass on the sins of Israel. Then the offering was killed

after it took on their sins.

It has the same spiritual meaning as the baptism

(Baptisma in Greek means “to be washed, to be

buried, to pass”) that Jesus received from John in the

New Testament. Just as the high priest in the Old

Testament laid his hands on the sin offering to pass

on the sins of the people of Israel, so all the sins of

humanity were passed on to Jesus through His

baptism by John the Baptist. Jesus then died on the

Cross to atone for our sins. This is the beautiful

gospel of truth.

Just as Aaron the high priest offered the sacrifice

for atonement in place of the people of Israel, John

the Baptist, one of the descendants of Aaron, carried

out the task as the representative of mankind by

baptizing Jesus, and thereby passing all the sins of

mankind on to Him. God described such a wonderful

plan of His love in the Bible as follows in Psalms

50:4-5, “He shall call to the heavens from above, and

to the earth, that He may judge His people: Gather

My saints together to Me, those who have made a

covenant with Me by sacrifice.” Amen, Hallelujah

In other words, the people of Israel passed their yearly

sins on to the sin offering on the Day of Atonement

through the laying hands on of the high priest. This

sacrifice in the Old Testament had the same function

as Jesus’ baptism and His death on the Cross.

very key to the Christianity of Apostolic tradition.

But I hope for you not to be confused with the water

baptism of believers and the Baptism of Jesus.

The baptism of believers as it exists today has a

very different meaning from the baptism Jesus

received from John.

Therefore, we should all have the same faith as Jesus’

disciples

With His baptism, Jesus became “the Lamb of

God who takes away the sins of the world” well

enough (John 1:29). In John 1:6-7 it says, “There

was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the

Light, that all through him might believe.” In order to

believe in Jesus as our Savior, who took away all our

sins, we must understand John’s ministry and

testimony as it is written in the Bible. Then we will

be able to believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior. In

order to receive the Holy Spirit, we also need our

strong faith heartened by his testimony. Therefore, to

complete the beautiful gospel of truth, we must

believe in Jesus’ baptism by John and in His blood

on the Cross.

All Christians must believe

the beautiful gospel that says Jesus was baptized by

John to take away all the sins of the world and that

He was crucified in order to be judged for those sins.

This belief will cause you to receive the Holy Spirit.

Jesus’ baptism took away all our sins and His blood

was the judgment of the sin. We must explain to

nonbelievers

the beautiful gospel of the water and the Spirit.

Only by doing so, will they come to believe in the gospel

and receive the Holy Spirit. I want you to believe it.

Only by having faith in Jesus’ baptism by John and His

blood on the Cross can man be forgiven for all his sins

and receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

When people do not evacuate their hearts and do not

believe in the gospel of forgiveness, they tend to

believe that original sin is gone already but that they

should nevertheless ceaselessly pray the prayers of

repentance to bring forgiveness for their actual sins. If

they fall victim to thoughts like this, the Bible becomes

incomprehensible and confusing. Therefore, they come

to have different beliefs than those of His disciples.

But people still think that there are other ways to

receive the Holy Spirit. Do you think that the Holy

Spirit will come upon you through your cries and

earthly efforts? God’s works are dictated only by His

will and He gives the Holy Spirit only to those who

receive forgiveness for their sins. He says, “I had My

Son baptized so that He could take away all your sins

and had Him crucified to be judged for them. I

appointed My Son as your Savior. If you accept the

forgiveness of sin that My Son accomplished, then I

shall send you the Holy Spirit.”.

When people realize that their sins have been

cleansed, their hearts become peaceful and bountiful

like still water. The moment the Holy Spirit dwells in

someone’s heart, peace like a river flows into and out

of his heart.

Everyone can become a son of the Lord, in whom the

Holy Sprit dwells, and one of our brothers and sisters by

believing in the beautiful gospel of the water and the

Spirit. You should have the same faith in the beautiful

gospel as Paul had. I thank the Lord for giving us this

beautiful gospel and praise Him. Amen.

"I testify to everyone who hears the

words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to
these things, God will add to him the plagues that are
written in this book"

Verse 19: and if anyone takes away from the words

of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his
part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and
from the things which are written in this book.

The baptism that Jesus received from John is the

confirmed evidence of our salvation from sin. 1 Peter
3:21 tells us, “There is also an antitype which now
saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the
flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward
God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.”

Proverbs 30:12 says, “There is a generation that

is pure in its own eyes, yet is not washed from its
filthiness.” The religionist-Christians today are such
people who do not even want to be cleansed of their
sins. However, Jesus, who is God Himself, came to
this earth to save the sinners, cleansed away all their
sins by taking the sins of the mankind upon Himself
with His baptism all at once, was at once judged for
all these sins by being crucified, and thereby has
indeed saved from sin those of us who believe.
To whomever knows and believes in the Word of
the gospel of the water and the Spirit with which
Jesus Christ has saved the sinners, our Lord has
permitted this person to be forgiven of all his/her
sins, regardless of what kind of sinner he/she might
be. And yet there are still people who have not
received this remission of sin through faith. These are
the one who have resolved themselves to not even try
to get their sins cleansed away. God will let them be
as they are.

“Blessed are those who do His

commandments, that they may have the right to the
tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the
city.”

There are many people who claim, based on

this verse, that salvation comes by deeds—by
observing, in other words, His commandments.
But in fact, “doing His commandments” means
believing in and keeping all the written Word of God
with faith. John the Apostle wrote, “And this is His
commandment: that we should believe on the name of
His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He
gave us commandment” (1 John 3:23). So, when we
believe in the true gospel of the water and the Spirit,
and devote ourselves to preaching the gospel to save
all the lost souls throughout the whole world, we are
doing His commandments in His presence.

The number of the people of Israel who would be

saved, or is it just a symbolic figure?
The number 144,000 that appears in chapter 7 tells
us literally how many Israelites would be saved in the
end times, 12,000 from each of the twelve tribes of
Israel for a total of 144,000. This is fulfilled by the
special providence of God through which some of the
descendents of Abraham, whom God loved, would be
saved. God remembers the promise that He made to
Abraham, and so to fulfill this promise, He would
now allow the gospel of the water and the Spirit to be
spread not only to the Gentiles, but also to the people
of Israel, the descendants of the flesh of Abraham

The two witnesses that appear in chapter 11 are

the two servants of God whom God would especially
raise to save the people of Israel in the end times. To
keep His promise made to Abraham, God would
make these two prophets, who are sent to deliver the
Israelites from sin, perform signs and miracles, and
make the Israelites, led by them, return to Jesus
Christ and believe in Him as their Saviour. These two
witnesses would feed the Word of God to the people
of Israel for 1,260 days—that is, the first three and a
half years of the seven-year period of the Great
Tribulation. By spreading the gospel of the water and
the Spirit to the Israelites and making them believe in
it through the two witnesses, God would give the
Israelites the same salvation that He has given the
Gentiles, just as the latter were saved from all their
sins through faith.

“And if anyone wants to harm them, fire

proceeds from their mouth and devours their
enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must
be killed in this manner. These have power to shut
heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their
prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn
them to blood, and to strike the earth with all
plagues, as often as they desire.”
Unless these servants of God for the people of
Israel have such power, the Israelites would not
repent, and God would therefore clothe the two
witnesses in His power. God would give the two
witnesses His special power, so that they may preach
all the Word of prophecy to the Israelites, and testify
to them and make them believe that Jesus Christ is
their long-awaited Messiah. Seeing the wonders
actually performed by the two witnesses, the
Israelites would then listen to them and return to
Jesus Christ.
When the two witnesses complete their work of
spreading the gospel to the Israelites, the Antichrist
would emerge in this world, stand against their
preaching of the gospel, and make them be martyred.
Revelation 11:8 tells us, “And their dead bodies will
lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is
called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was
crucified.”
Having preached the gospel to all the Israelites
and thus completed all the works of their calling, the
two witnesses would then be killed in the place
where Jesus was crucified before. This fact backs the
interpretation that these two witnesses are from
Israelites. For the people of Israel, they are the
servants of God. (their bodies left unburied to be seen
and people will celebrate but 3 and a half days later they
will rise
up again from their death for all to witness).

The woman in chapter 12 refers to God’s Church

in the midst of the Great Tribulation. Through the
woman persecuted by the Dragon, chapter 12 shows
us that God’s Church would be greatly harmed by
Satan when the end times come. However, through
the special protection of God, His Church will
overcome Satan and the Antichrist with its faith, and
receive the glory of being clothed in His great
blessings and triumph by embracing their martyrdom with
their
faith in the gospel of the water and the Spirit - and
triumph by embracing their martyrdom with their faith in
the gospel of the water and the Spirit.

The City of New Jerusalem is the Holy City in the

New Heaven and Earth that God has prepared for the
saints who will participate in the first resurrection.
After ending the plagues of the seven bowls on this
earth, God would bind Satan in the bottomless pit for
a thousand years

What is the mark of the Beast?

During the time of the Tribulation, to bring
everyone under his control, the Antichrist will force
all to receive his mark on either their right hands or
forehead. This mark is the mark of the Beast. The
Antichrist will demand people to receive his mark so
that He could turn everyone into his servant. He will
proceed with his political scheme by using people’s
lives as his leverage. If people do not have the mark
showing that they belong to the Beast, he will
prevent them from buying or selling anything. This
mark is the name of the Beast or his number. When
the Beast appears in this world, its people will be
coerced to receive this mark made of either his name
or number.

When the world faces immense difficulties from

the plagues of the seven trumpets, the Antichrist,
empowered by Satan, would bring the whole world
under his reign with great force. Healing himself
from his mortal wounds and performing such
miracles as bring down fire from the sky, he will
make everyone of this world follow him. As heroes
emerge in times of trouble, the Antichrist, a man who
received his power from Satan, will resolve the
difficult problems that the world faces with great
authority, and thereby be revered by all the people of
the world as God. As Satan thus makes people serve
the Antichrist as God, many will end up worshipping
him as such.
The Antichrist therefore does his final works with
the help of another beast coming up out of the earth.
The second beast forces people to make an image
after the first Beast, the Antichrist; gives breath to
this image of the Beast with the power of Satan and
makes it speak; and kills everyone who does not
worship the Beast’ image. He makes everyone
receive his mark on either the right hand or the
forehead, and prevents anyone who does not receive
the mark from buying or selling anything.

The nominal Christians who have not yet been born again
will, because their hearts are not dwelt by the Holy
Spirit, capitulate before Satan in the end, receive his
mark on their right hands or foreheads, and worship
him as God.

After the sixth of the plagues of God’s seven

trumpets ends, the Antichrist emerges on this earth,
rules over the world, and demands everyone to
receive the mark of the Beast. From his persecution
the saints are martyred. This is shortly followed by
the sounding of the seventh trumpet, at which point
both the martyred saints and the surviving saints who
defended their faith are resurrected and raptured.
When the seventh trumpet sounds, God does not
bring a plague to this earth; but rather, this is the time
when the rapture of the saints occurs. Following the
rapture, God immediately proceeds to pour the
plagues of the seven bowls on this earth

However, even now many Christians still continue

to believe in the theory of pre-tribulation rapture.
Because their faith is not prepared for the coming of
natural disasters and the emergence of the Antichrist,
they would ultimately lose their spiritual war against
Satan and the Antichrist, turn into their servants, and
be destroyed along with the world.

Looking at the history of Christianity, we can see

that a countless number of liars have risen till the
present time. Interpreting the Book of Revelation and
Looking at the history of Christianity, we can see
that a countless number of liars have risen till the
present time. Interpreting the Book of Revelation and
calculating the time of rapture with their own
methods, these liars have set a particular date as the
day of rapture and used to teach that the Lord would
return and the saints would be raptured on this day of
their choosing.
However, all such claims ended up as a dud. One
characteristic common to all of them is that across
the board, they all advocated the theory of pre-tribulation
rapture. We must realize that this is Satan’s shrewd
trickery, trying to deceive all the people of this world
and turn them into his servants through these lairs.

Revelation 10:7
tells us, “but in the days of the sounding of the
seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery
of God would be finished, as He declared to His
servants the prophets.” What does it mean when it
says here, “the mystery of God would be finished”?
“The mystery of God” refers to none other than the
rapture of the saints.
As Revelation 13:10 tells us, “He who leads into
captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the
sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the
patience and the faith of the saints.”After going through
the first three and a half years
of the Great Tribulation, the born-again saints are to
remain on this earth until the time of their martyrdom
when the second half of the Tribulation begins. They
must therefore fight against Satan and the Antichrist
and overcome them with their faith. This is why
Revelation tells us that God would give Heaven to
those who overcome.

When you say that the rapture of the saints

would come after the seventh angel sounds his
trumpet, are you not contradicting what the Lord
said, that no one knows the day and hour of the
rapture, not even the Lord Himself?
Not at all! What our Lord has told us is not the
exact day and hour of the saints’ rapture, but the
background and signs leading up to this remarkable
event. Only then can the saints who love the Lord
prepare their faith, and only then can they participate
in the rapture by fighting against the Antichrist and
embrace their martyrdom when the time comes.

11) You say that Jesus would return to rapture

the saints, and that He would descend on this
earth to wage the war of Armageddon as well. Are
you then saying that the Lord would descend on
this earth twice? What’s the difference between
these two?
Descent of Jesus from Heaven to the air to rapture
the saints and His return to the earth to judge the
Devil through the war of Armageddon are different
from each other.
When the first three and a half years of the Great
Tribulation end, and shortly after the martyrdom of
the saints with the appearance of the Antichrist, the
Lord would descend from Heaven. At this time, the
saints who had been asleep in their tombs and the
saints who have survived through the Tribulation
without receiving the mark of the Beast and by
defending their faith will all be resurrected and lifted
up to the sky, and meet the Lord in the air. From this
moment on, the saints will always be with the Lord.
The Lord does not descend to the earth at this time.
Why? Because the plagues of the seven bowls that
would judge Satan and the Antichrist still remain to
be poured on this earth.
The Apostle Paul thus told us in 1 Thessalonians
4:17, “Then we who are alive and remain shall be
caught up together with them in the clouds to meet
the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with
the Lord.” The saints who fought against the
Antichrist and were martyred to defend their faith
would participate in the first resurrection,

Then, the spirits of demons would incite the kings

of the earth for war and gather them to a place called
Armageddon to battle against the Almighty God. It is
here that the last war between Satan and God is
waged. But because Jesus is God the Almighty, He
would descend from the air sitting on a white horse
with His army, overcome Satan,

As such, we must realize that when Jesus Christ

descends from Heaven at the time of the saints’
rapture, He does not descend onto this earth, but
rather He comes into the air to lift up the saints to His
place, allowing them to meet Him in the air and to
enter the marriage supper of Heaven. When the Lord
returns onto this earth, He does so to triumph over
Satan and his army standing against God with His
Word of power through the Battle of Armageddon, to
cast the Devil into the lake of fire and brimstone, and
to kill off all his remaining followers.

Does the “great multitude which no one

could number (Revelation 7:9)” refer to the
raptured saints?
Yes, that is correct. Revelation 7:9 says, “After
these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude
which no one could number, of all nations, tribes,
peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and
before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm
branches in their hands.” From the phrase, “of all
nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues… clothed with
white robes,” we can see that with their faith in the
gospel of the water and the Spirit, a countless
multitude among the Gentiles would fight against and
overcome the Antichrist, be martyred, and participate
in the first resurrection and the rapture.
Although in these last days the Antichrist runs
amok with impunity, we can also recognize that at
the same time, there would rise even more people
who believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit
given by God. As such, a great multitude would rise
among the Gentiles also, a multitude so great that no
one could even number, who would be saved from
sin by believing in the gospel of the water and the
Spirit and embrace their martyrdom with their faith.
Revelation 7:14 says, “So he said to me, ‘These
are the ones who come out of the great tribulation,
and washed their robes and made them white in the
blood of the Lamb.’”

The two witnesses are resurrected and lifted

up to heaven after completing their testimony.
How is this different from the rapture of the saints
with the second coming of Christ?
As I explained with my answer for Q. 2, these two
witnesses are God’s special servants whom He would
raise from the people of Israel to save the Israelites.
There is an important work that God must do before
destroying this world, and that is to save the people
of Israel from sin and make them participate in the
first resurrection and the rapture.
The Apostle Paul said in Romans 3:29-30, “Or is
He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God
of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there
is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith
and the uncircumcised through faith.” The way to be
saved from sin before God is the same for both the
Jews and the Gentiles. For both the Jews and the
Gentiles alike, justification comes only through their
faith in the gospel of the water and the Spirit.

“Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus

Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask
you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either
by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as
though the day of Christ had come. Let no one
deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come
unless the falling away comes first, and the man of
sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and
exalts himself above all that is called God or that is
worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of
God, showing himself that he is God.”
“The man of sin… the son of perdition”

However, because the saints who have become

God’s people have the Holy Spirit dwelling in their
hearts, they cannot worship any creature as God apart
from their true Lord God. The Holy Spirit living in
their hearts would therefore give them the strength to
resist the coercion of Satan and of the Antichrist and
to defend their faith with their martyrdom. And the
Holy Spirit would also give them the words with
which they can stand against their enemies.

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.”
